  • 52-Week Chronological Bible Reading Plan by Richard Gagnon Activation

I just purchased a recent pre-pub, "A 52 WEEK CHRONOLOGICAL BIBLE READING PLAN & STUDY REFERENCE by RICHARD M. GAGNON. Its features greatly outweigh any offered on Logos Daily Bible Reading plans done by Logos customers for the reasons described by the author in his book's "Introduction". Read them at the print book Amazon description at http://www

  • Daily Reading Plan Seeming Glitch

At the end of the 2 Timothy book the Mark Read is missing. It says in its place is the next reading in Peter. So 2 Timothy remains unmarked as read even though read.

  • Harvard Classics in Old English

I was surprised to see in the Harvard Classics that I had to dust off my Shakespearen English, which slows down the reading, understanding and enjoyment. If I had known that from the marketing spiel I may have elected to by pass them. Perhaps is was there, but if it was, it did not register.

  • Re: Mind Mapping program integration

Yes, Mind Manager is what I use too from time to time. Since most people, according to the research and class I have had indicates most North Americans learn visually and retrieve information from their brain visually, it makes eminent sense to utilize this graphical tool to teach spiritual truths and lessons. So, I too, support the ability to have

  • Re: Start-Stop Bible Reading Plan Marks Disappeared

Hi Cynthia, Interesting that this important function is hard to find the answer to, which I also had occur from time to time, by some electronic gremlin. Now that I know the "fix", I share with you what worked for me. Click on "File" at the top left of your screen and wait until it drops down - for some reason it takes a while, thus building patience

Richard, thanks again. You are my man of the day. I had to check your name as I had the sense you really know this Logos 4 well and maybe even worked for Logos. Alas, your work as a pastor has fine-tuned your working knowledge, which I deeply appreciate your sharing! Your enlightenment of the finding of a word or words via the short-cut of Ctrl-F provides

  • Re: Missing Table of Contents in J.I. Packer's "Concise Theology"

Thank you Richard for your quick and solution-to-my-question. The answer is discussed in Vol. 1 of Morris Proctor's Training Manual, page 76, but he does not show the shortcut of Ctr+Shift+C, a needed addition. Yes, it is "hidden" inside the "Panel Menu", but two conditions have to be met first: 1. One has to know to look there inside the "Panel Menu

  • Missing Table of Contents in J.I. Packer's "Concise Theology"

Hi, What are the possibilities of getting a Table of Contents in Logos Resources missing them, like J. I. Packer's "Concise Theology"? A Table of Contents improves the value of a resource almost 100%; make that 100% when the ToC is hyperlinked to the related content. One would think in this technological-information age that a hyperlinked ToC could

  • New Book Reviewed in Logos 4 Home Pages - The Bible & Archeology

Hi, I read about Subject new book, but see it was copyrighted back in 1982, I looked on Logos to see if it is a new offering from Logos and "struck out". Either I am a beginning batter or it is not a Logos offering. So, when I read this, I am looking for the "so-what" action. What am I being suggested to do - go get the new-old book or what? Is Logos

  • Cambridge University Press Books Format Look

I have noted on Prepubs that sample pages of books such as the Cambridge look their old age. Do any of you know whether or not the final Logos publication still has that "ancient" look to the text, or is it clean, black print on white pages "modern" looking? I have noted this on several older books on prepub. Thanks, Bill

  • Parallel Screening of Chronogical Bible Daily Reading

Anyone out there know if it is possible to show side-by-side on screen the parallel readings found in the chronological Logos Bible reading plan(s)? This is especially true of Kings and Chronicles, sprinkled with Amos, Isaiah and the Psalms. Right now, the Plan shows these parallel readings of the same people and incidents sequentially day after day

Thanks, Rosie. I knew there was some audible reading capability. Yes, it is a mixed blessing since it won't stop at the stop mark and the voice is less than enticing. I was hoping my Dragon Naturally Speaking would do it, but it does not cover Logos text yet to my exploration. Bill
