I inadvertently closed the "Start Reading" phrase by clicking on the wrong "x". How do I get it back, since all my attempts have failed - Displays, File/Reading Plan, Home Page restart reading plan?

Thanks, Don and Nicky. Makes sense. Why didn't I figure that out? What does "Proper 5" mean?

Hi, This morning, June 4, 2010, my PC Logos opened with a Home page reporting the wrong date, and perhaps associated front page data. It says... Please advise on "fix". Thanks, Bill

Hi Kevin. Thanks for your quick response. I tried using the Search function while having my Notes up and got only the Scripture related to the word "David". I made a lot of Notes while reading through the daily reading plan under the "Notes" function on several verses in various books and chapters. But those Notes don't seem to be tied in with the Search

Hi, I make a lot of Passage Notes in my daily chronological reading plan. I would love to be able to search those Notes since they are becoming a rich source of insights, questions and further research projects. Reading Forum Posts leads me to believe that Passage Notes are not searchable. Is this true? Is it on Logos staff work plan to make them searchable

Hello Kevin, My laptop Bible Reading Plan has no Start-Stop markings now. Per your previous instruction to look under the tri-color visual filters and check my reading plan. For the last few weeks that this has been missing so also the Visual Filter does NOT list my reading plan. All it has are all my previous Notes to check (or not) plus 3 items at

Hi Users, How do I get back the the Start-Stop Bible Reading Plan marks? No matter what I check under "Visual Filters" it does not come back? I do not find the answer under "Help". Help, please. Thanks.

Hi Logos 4 Userland, Have any of you a "need" to speed up making Notes as you read through a chapter? It would be more convenient and speedy to have an "Untitled Note" in the right click on a verse or verses selected to have an available "Untitled Note" to click on, rename and then fill in the Note below it. Right now, I have to go up to "File" and

OK, I selected my Daily Bible Reading Notes Layout on my laptop. How do I save it so the Logos server will save it for access on my desktop? Is there a separate "Save" step or is selecting it "Saving" it?

Steve, I am thrilled to find another Mind Manager user. As Jim said, I would be most appreciative of receiving your MM files in either MM format, preferably or even pdf format, Your work could provide a base for me to build on, where needed, and save me a lot of time and effort in developing that which you already have, I don't know how you would know

Hello UseLand, Anyone know how, if it is now possible, to sync Bible Reading Notes on my laptop to my desktop? Thanks for any insights? Bill

Num 34:1 needs a Promised Land map that God is describing to Moses. Helpfully, these maps would appear under Media. Searching for a "Promised Land Boundaries Map" produced a map of the Israelites journey from Egypt to "Israel" plus cross-reference scriptures. In fact, those ancient boundaries overlaid on a modern map of the current political entities

Hi to those of you using Mind Mapping software with Logos. Would you consider saving your work as a pdf, which can be done in Mind Manager, so the rest of us could open and experience graphically what you are talking about. Mind Manager (7, which I have) graphics are powerful tools for aiding the eye and the brain functioning.

Yes, I would love the Proverbs-Psalms chapter a day setup in L4 BRP. Further, it would be even more WONDERFUL to add the Proverbs-Psalms repeatable sequence to my BRP in addition to and integrated with my chronological daily reading plan. This is stimulated by my wife reading Proverbs-Psalms daily in a repetitive mode in a paper book version because

Thanks, Mark, for reminding me of that history. I likewise had several of those to give away. I think there were several reasons why that marketing did not fly well. One, was that the Logos program was not the user-friendly or attractive in its Home page format as is Logos 4. The "biggie" though, I think, is that there has to be a motive or strong desire

Bill, you mentioned, following Dave Hootan's installation instructions from the Wiki. Could you save me the time of searching through all the titles as I don't see any which suggest this topic? Where did you find how to install a Bible Reading Plan onto another computer with just the engine Logos 4 installed? Perhaps, this is not what you were referring
-
Thanks, Bill, for your clarifying thought, namely that a husband-wife's two computers may be looked at as one. Thus adding a third personal, my laptop, with the Logos 4 Leader's version would fit within the spirit and criteria of the Logos individual ("family") license use. Unless, some higher authority defers differently, I'll see if it works. Initially
Bill, your licence agreement allows you to install your whole leaders library on your laptop as well as your main PC, hope that helps.
Thanks, DominicM. Ah, but does that also cover my wife's laptop which would be three computers Logos 4 would be installed on?

Out of my need comes an idea to introduce new people to Logos 4 with a free Bible Reading Plan who don't already have any Library Resources Product. Since my two Logos 4 Leader's licenses reside on my PC desktop and my wife's MacBook laptop, I am trying to figure if I can add the Logos 4 and the chronological Bible Reading Plan to my portable PC laptop

As one learning the new Logos 4 as I go in limited available time, I used Untitled Notes this morning for the first time. They are to ask a question to be answered with further study. But, I have not yet figured out how to bring up Library Resources to comment on the particular verse or verses highlighted. More specifically, how to bring up commentaries
