Logos is abusing their recent success at the cost of their loyal customers. Proverbs has a few thoughts they should consider.
A response from Logos would be appreciated given this appears to be true. In addition, it is a well established fact that L4 for Mac was sub-par compared to the PC version... Shalom

It is pretty uncool that people have have to pay $$$$$ forced upgrade if they just bought their software let alone buggy Logos 4 software - This was foreseeable ( reason why I held off from buying......) Someone very wise one said "do unto others as you would like them to doing to you" (for they surely will). Real "Christian Disciples of Jesus" are
.... The biggest issue I have is that hyperlinks have to be created manually on the Mac whereas the PC version creates them as you type. Had I never used the PC version, I would not have known the difference! Now, having to manually create the hyperlinks is very frustrating for me and I find myself not using as many links

As stated by the previous two comments and the well documented history is the reason why I have held off. I used to be a "early adopter" - now I simply just dont have the time or the inclination to do so. It is far easier to let other people do the beta testing :) Shalom

@ Thomas - you might want to go back and re-read the previous post by Fr. Charles R. Matheny a couple up from here. He put his money where his mouth is and expects the same in return - is called "accountability". He has taken the "higher road" despite the omission of truth that was presented to him (just to be clear - omission of truth = deliberate

I find it quite interesting that honest observations regarding the performance of a product is perceived as "bitter complaints". As mentioned, I am thankful for Logos and their work ( I didn't read the whole thread but I don't think anyone spoke ill of the company nor accused them of unethical business practices or poor customer service). Thank you

@Dan - that is a very good idea - try both I am currently using Online Bible and biblos.com - and it does "work" (I bounce between Hebrew, Greek, and multiple bible versions on 2 monitors) and a lots of written & online references. Having as much as I can in one spot would be great Please don't misunderstand me- I am very grateful for Logos and their

I am on the fence regarding the purchasing of bible software for my macs at this time. While the Logos selection of software is attractive and is certainly the highpoint of the Logos suite, the stability and functionality of the software appears to be a major concern. There is nothing more frustrating than buying something that simply doesn't or partially
