I think you've got closer to the truth than not, Charles. Back in December, I was told that Factbook / Community Tags was being fixed. That's how many months ago? As you say, it gives me the willey's when I see something like that just not being touched. I know there's probably other things to be looked at (fixed) but something like this should have

Only 400 hey? Kowabunga! Anyway, thanks for the replies guys!

Ok Graham, I just got off the phone with Logos and the reason these features I'm inquiring about are not included because I have but the Core Crossgrade instead of Feature Crossgrade! I wasn't aware of the distinction between the two. Thus the great mystery of the missing Grammatical Roles and Semantic Roles has now come to a dramatic close! Let's have

I'm asking that because of the slow fix for Timeline / Factbook. I've seen this type of thing with Biblesoft (promises to make fixes) and we all know what eventually happened to Biblesoft. This is an honest question by the way! How does on contact Faithlife?

I sent to the link you gave me and all I see there is how to buy Silver ... I see nothing on this Link as to how to get what we're looking for. Updating Resources did zero.
-
I see no Agent Clause anywhere ....
-
Thank you Graham for your reply(s). I've tried this in the ESV and still no options as to Grammatical or Semantic Roles. I do have "Case Frames" but getting no results in several words I've just clicked on. Please advise.

Here is what I see on the video ... but not on my Logos
-
You'll notice Graham there is no Grammatical Roles / Semantic Roles showing on the top of the Clause Participants. This is why I posted to the forum.

I'm looking at a video regarding the Clause Participants. Clicking on the Lemma of the word and doing a Word Study, I notice in the video they are showing "Grammatical Roles" and "Semantic Roles." For whatever reason, I am not seeing that when I actually try doing that in Logos. I'm using Silver and is that what I'm looking for not included in this

Does anyone know how many programmers (I think this is what we call those who fix Logos) are there involved in making, fixing Logos?
-
Good point(s) Rosie & MJ Smith. Appreciate your insights.

Thank you people for the replies. This is informative! David, my question actually was an honest one! :-) I didn't know of anywhere in the NT Testament where two Gk words for the so called phrase " apostle Paul " were used or if used the way we coin it ... or even as it is put in our English translations, i.e. 2Cor 1:1 " Paul an apostle " ... but then
-
I understand Paul or Peter identify themselves as apostles ... I'm asking if there is any Greek Text that would word it as i.e. "the apostle Paul" ... or is it as in our English versions "Paul an apostle" or "Paul as the apostle" ...
-
Most of the time, we hear of "the apostle Paul / Peter etc" but to my knowledge, the english translations always put Paul the apostle. It seems the Lord Jesus Christ is the only one that is given this title of Apostle, unless some would see Rom 11:13 otherwise. Heb 3:1 seems to be the only other place where "apostle" is given for a title Am I correct
-
Alan, if you've a verse hauled up, i.e. Gen 1:1, right click and you should see "Copy Gen 1:1" ... then lo & behold, it will copy the English "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth" ... now you can paste it to wherever ... though preferably not the wall in your study or the floor! :-}

Got ya Graham. Thanks for the usual & clear explanations. Always appreciate your help!

Hi again Graham, I'm actually having no problems. My question though originally was with regards to "emphasizing active references" and thought it applied to Halot. Apparently this applies only to the works that I had also asked information about. Am I correct?
