If you're not familiar with reading lists, start here: http://topics.logos.com/Reading_Lists Community-generated reading lists created on logos.com, such as this one on Calvinism: Are now available in A18 (by selecting Reading Lists in the Tools menu): The Reading Lists panel offers links to each

  • Re: A18 Screenshots: Passage Analysis

Although Compare Pericopes works, I had a couple issues with it. 1) Some expected translations are missing from the list, including the NET Bible, the ISV, and the newly released Lexham English Bible. 2) When the Pericopes Sets popup menu is selected (pop'd up as it were), and when I use the scroll wheel on my mouse (just a cheap Logitech mouse) to

Release Notes: Links to open panels visual filters are implemented as well Well, this feature seems half-baked to me. To try it, select a book that has links to other books, and then open those books as well. Then use that now-very-familiar 3-circle button to select "links to open panels." Check your Facebook page, cause it takes a bit before the links

Release Notes: Reading Plan ...[is] implemented as well First, you've got to have a reading plan. Go to the File menu and either create a new reading plan or modify an existing one. The calendar view didn't work for me, but the list view worked fine. Once you have a reading plan, open the translation for the plan, click the 3-circle button--there's

Release notes: Page Numbers...[is] implemented as well Go to a book and click that 3-circle button again. Clicking Page Numbers puts a visual marker on the page where the new pages starts. This is less helpful than being able to click to set the reference text box from text to page, but at least it's a way to see the page numbers. As someone who documents

Bible Text Only works with the Greek as well, and I presume other original languages.

Release notes: Bible Text Only...[is] implemented as well. Indeed. Select a translation. Use that "3-circle" button again and select "Bible Text Only." Hey, look! Now you can make all your translations look like the NASB95. ;-)

As with highlighting, you can turn the notes off using the "3-circle" button.

Release notes say: Notes are visible for resources which are marked up in Windows. So back to Windows to create a simple note. I couldn't make it appear in A18 by typing "sync now," but a restart worked fine. The yellow box appeared next to the verse. When I double-clicked I got the standard "not implemented yet" panel, but when I put the mouse pointer

If you don't want to see the highlighting, you can click the little "3-circle" button and then unselect highlight. The "3-circle" button changes colors depending upon what you have selected.

  • A18 Screenshots: Highlighting and Visual Markup

Release notes: Highlighting is visible for resources which are marked up in Windows. Works like a champ. I did some simple highlighting on the Windows side, which automatically synced. Then I came to the Mac, where I had to force the sync, either by typing "sync now" or by restarting.
i can't copy ESV verses in 16a
Problem appears to still exist in A17. If I select a text in the ESV and copy (cmd-C), it won't. If I select a text, right-mouse, click selection then copy, it still won't. If I select a text, right-mouse, click reference then copy 1 Ki 21:45 (or whatever text), it will copy. This problem

  • A17 Bug: Search keeps loading...and loading...and loading...

As I'm studying the story of Ahab and Naboth, I decided to search my Bible dictionaries for some more info on the justice of God. Having already tagged them, this is rather easy to do with L4's search. However, after I scrolled down about 20 lines or so, I noticed something interesting: Some items were "loading...", and they perpetually stayed in this

Confirmed that the multiple hits does not appear in the regular NA27.
Since you are searching in an Interlinear book the search is bringing over the multiple times that the individual word is displayed.
Well, I suppose this is a "feature," but it seems to be a rather undesired one to my way of thinking.
there's no way of 'unhiding' the resources
Tested and confirmed, though I'm not losing any sleep over missing Targums. Still, if I absolutely had to get them back, I think I could simply delete L4 and reinstall from scratch. Might take a few hours, but everything would be there, right?

Ok, I figured it out. Open your program settings and put it in its own window on one side. Scroll down to the bottom. Open your library in its own window on the other side. Scroll through your library and look for resources you just don't use. For me, the Targums and Greek fragments fit the bill (I'm looking at you P115!). Drag and drop them from the
