The default font for Word (on my Mac) is set to Times New Roman so when I paste something from Logos 9 to Word, it should paste it in Times New Roman, correct? Why then does it always paste it in Calibri? (I know it's not terribly hard to change it but it still would be easier to save that step.)

Well, Graham, now I feel like a doofus (though that's certainly not your fault!). That was the problem. I never paid attention to that before but I checked resources that I often used and I don't remember unchecking it on any of them. I'm not sure how it went from being checked to being unchecked but at least I know what's going on. Thanks!

When I try to access the visual filters in 8.14.0, those under resource (e.g., Discourse Features (Greek)) are greyed out and I cannot access them. So far this is true for every resource I tried, even those that are not Bibles (e.g., BDAG). I've restarted Logos but that didn't fix it. I tried searching the forums for this but searching the forums today

Okay. I was wondering because you asked numerous questions that were already answered in my original post or in the update which was there before you first responded. To answer this question, I have no idea what the problem was. As I said in the update to the original post, I restarted Logos and the book was there. Thanks for trying to help.
-
I can, but it would show the book because the problem is now resolved. I appreciate your trying to help but did you actually read my post before replying?
-
Thanks for responding JT. The book is John Walvoord's commentary on Revelation. The rest of your questions are answered in my original post: I got a receipt, I acquired it that day. I could read it online when it still wasn't in my library.
-
I was not taking this into consideration but this also was not a new release. The book was available to me on the web app but the app on my Mac would not update. If it was a licensing issue wouldn't that have prevented me from accessing it on the web, too?
-
Thanks for replying. I do have that set to "YES" and I know how to sort the library and search the library to find things. The problem was not that I couldn't find it but that it was not there.
-
I'm wondering what the magic trick is to get "update resources" to find the new resource that I purchased. I have the receipt so I know the transaction went through and I can open the resource in a web browser though, the resource isn't the problem, I'm sure because this happens every time I have tried it. When I run "update resources," I'm told "No

I'm on Logos 8 for Mac (8.10.0.0032) and when I highlight a verse, right click, and select visual copy, a window pops up, but there is nothing in that window. It is completely blank. I have used visual copy a lot in the past but it has been several months since I last used it. I'd simply like to be able to use it again. I tried to attach a screen shot

My apologies, then, NB.Mick. I posted on here rather than simply calling customer service because Logos has long said that the forums are the first place to go with issues and I saw a post addressing the same issue I was having.

I'm not sure what you're implying (if you are implying anything) but using a coupon I'm not entitled to or trying to use a coupon twice would be dishonest. (1) I got the code from the monthly email that I receive as a Connect customer (paid for the whole year up front as I assume everyone does). I use that same email address to log in and my name is

Yes, I am using the correct code. I just tried it again and it still doesn't work. The coupon code shows up as soon as I load it into my cart, but the price remains $24.99.
-
I tried that. Same result.
-
It evidently is not corrected on every product because it is still not working for me on this product: https://ebooks.faithlife.com/products/144068/the-trinity-and-martin-luther

When I follow the link to the page to select my free ebook (from the Faithlife Connect for September) it shows the coupon greyed out underneath the coupon code field but the price remains the same. When I try to enter the coupon code manually, the page refreshes but the price still remains. I have not been able to figure out any way to get the book

Thank you, Mark. The videos showed up so I assumed they downloaded as well. I didn't click on it to see. One follow-up question: How did you find the size of those classes?
-
I am a Logos Now subscriber (or whatever it's called, I can't keep up) and Logos has suddenly downloaded eight resources into my library (on the Mac) from two classes (NT176 and NT211) that I didn't order and don't want (and I don't want them eating up space on my Mac). Will someone please tell me how to get them out of my library and off my hard drive

I am one of those who are concerned about Bible study. I can appreciate what Logos/FL is trying to do with the ecosystem but that clutter and distraction is one reason why I limit my time on social media. Logos is not a toy to me it is a vital tool that I use to do my work, work that I could not do if I were constantly fiddling with the other parts
