Hi, I make a lot of ANKI cards for myself and would like to create a circle or box to indicate a consonant that may change depending on the word, yet with a particular nikkud under it as well as any letters after it. For instance, using 1cs singular pronominal we have סוּסִי. I want to make a card that only shows the final hiriq and yud, as an example

Ah, I found that my Sefaria app includes the Midrash!

Thanks, MJ. I suppose that my next question would be, what resources might I need to get, even if they are not electronic or not from Logos.

This is a wonderful resource. I spent weeks doing searches on the Talmud to find all of the references to Isaiah in a PDF I have. Now everything comes up right away. But I have a question. I believe I own the Logos Talmudic references but not the Midrashic ones. For instance, references to Berakhot aned Ketubbot show right away while those to Sifre

Hi, I wish to know not how to hide a book, but how to completely delete a book from my collection, on a PC. What are the steps to find that book and then completely delete it? Many thanks, Gregorio

Thanks to all of you for your many suggestions. I look forward to trying these different suggestions. And by the way, I finally found the Lexicon of CAL in my PC this afternoon. Many, many thanks to all of you one more time.

While I was not finding this in my iOS, perhaps I should try again, I did it find it in my PC. Thanks so much.

I own CAL, but CAL, despite its name, contains text but no lexicon, right?

Many thanks!

I have Jastrow, but was wondering what recommendations might you give me for Lexicons related to the Targum of Isaiah and other prophetic books.

Thanks to both of you for these helpful ideas.

What is the best resource from Logos to find the meaning of the names of the Hebrew Prophets and Patriarchs, such as Isaiah, Malachi, Israel, etc. Thanks! I am looking for the Hebrew meanings showing the Hebrew words, also, not just the English. Thanks.

Thanks so much, M.J. Meanwhile I am reading A Guide to Biblical Hebrew Syntax , the chapter on verbs. I spent a year and a half (and continue) to study the various stems in terms of recognizing them in the Hebrew Bible. Now I am trying to go to the next step, now that I am getting quite good at telling, for the strong verbs at least, which stem they

Which is the best Logos resource, either grammar or syntax, to study the Hiphil denominative, permissive, declarative and causative. Also to study similar items in other stems.
-
Thanks, Tom, it looks as if I need to purchase the hard copy. Very helpful answer.
-
Thanks, Joel, I just found their section on syntax on verbs and am really interested in this book, also.
-
I just came across some sample pages from A Guide to Biblical Hebrew Syntax 2nd Edition, by Bill Arnold and John Choi while doing a search on demonstrative and permissive uses of the Hiphil. I found it very clear and interesting and was surprised not to find it as one of the publications offered by Logos.

MJ, I found out I have this toolset. I will have to study the documentation (found it) to see how to utilize this very interesting resource. Thanks again.

Thanks to all of you for all the excellent suggestions. David and Damian, I have bookmarked the search "all resources" for future searches, And MJ, I am very curious about the Hebrew constructs label search.
