1. NASB 2. NKJV 3. CSB 4. NIV ('84) 5. LEB I prefer a literal translation, but also like to consult dynamic equivalents, as long as they too lean toward the literal as opposed to a paraphrase.
Also, we do plan to start selling these books on logos.com soon. We have a few things to do before we can offer them for sale.
Music to my ears! I’ve been wanting to Fire Bible for over a decade now in logos. Now it can happen!

Very excited about this news. Had Wordsearch software way, way, way back in the day. Never kept up with it enough to go digital and create an online account. But that’s fine as long as my holy grail that I’ve been begging Bob for for over a decade now is really coming. I’m talking about the Fire Bible . I pray they can get that one
Perhaps I should correct the sentence: I went ahead and bought it! I also bought the cheapest Bronze Base Package ever (0.21cents!!!). So yeah, the resource is not included in any base package, but it’s still cheap 👍😁👌 Sorry for the confusion! DAL
Whew! Sanity restored. Thanks.
-
How do you find that out when it’s not listed as being in a package?
-
Glad to help. It’s definitely worth it just for the position papers alone. If you read the papers on “Apostles and Prophets“; “Can a born-again Christian be demon possessed?”; “Divine Healing”; “End time revival“; and “The believer and Positive Confession“ you will see why I say the P

I graduated from Central Bible College, the primary Assemblies of God ministerial college at the time, in the late 80s. For only $10.99 this collection would give you a great overview of what the denomination believes and practices. https://www.logos.com/product/177289/ag-doctrine-and-distinctives As for the Pentecostal/Charismatic package in Logos

Logos, I've been meaning to ask about this for a couple of weeks now. Why did you change the NASB '77 format to double column? I absolutely despise it, and in spite of the fact that I love that translation and use it all the time, unless there's someway to reverse it back to single column I'm going to have to give it up entirely as a resource I use
I have always understood what is called the so called 3 waves of the Holy Spirit. The first wave being the Pentecostal wave beginning around 1900. This wave formed the basis of several Pentecostal groups. The second wave began around the 1960s and is known as the charismatic movement where Pentecostal doctrines jumped into some mainstream

Number One priority needs to be securing the rights to the “Fire Bible”, the best Pentecostal Study Bible around. I’ve been begging Bob and anyone else at Faithlife willing to listen that this is an essential resource for about a decade now. Still waiting for it.

I’m in! Thanks!
-
Available for me now. Short glitch?
-
You are not alone. I can’t access it either.
-
Problem solved. I was use to the older look and I thought I was seeing only my Faithlife ebooks/Lexham Press orders there, and not my Logos orders. My mistake. Thanks!
-
Using my iPad, I can no longer find a way to access my Logos (not Faithlife) order history. The basic problem seems to be that I no longer have the option to switch to a “desktop view” any more. I can get to my Faithlife order history, but that’s not the same as my Logos order history. Any workarounds?
Gary I wasn't being critical. I'm merely mindful we'll all have a slightly different take. We'll learn one day which is correct! Hopefully we'll have fun the race well and been proclaimed as "Good and faithful servants".
Agreed, Paul. I'm with you brother! :)

Agreed. If someone isn't in the race one of two things (both completely biblical) have happened. Either they never really entered the race ( Matt 7:21-23 ) OR they entered and then left the race ( Heb 3:12 ). But either way, they are not Christians in the here and now. The only folks we can rightfully
If they’re not in the race, then they are not Christians. They’re more like wishy-washy religious people. DAL
Agreed. If someone isn't in the race one of two things (both completely biblical) have happened. Either they never really entered the race (Matt 7:21-23) OR they entered and then left the race (Heb 3:12

This is unreal.
Agreed, these are great editions not only for the Pentecostal/Charismatic community but across traditions.
Absolutely!
