  • Lexicons no longer working...

It is no longer working to type a headword into a lexicon (BDAG, DCH etc) on the ios. Using an iphone 8 with the latest updates. It still seems to be working on my ipad, but I tend to use the phone more for this sort of thing. It is vital to my workflow—is there a workaround?

The senior pastor here is experiencing a very similar problem, also with a MacBook Pro. It may be something specific to the laptop? Other apps are not running slow, only Logos.

It drags for all functions, regardless of what I am doing. As an example, it hangs when I type a title into the command box and pretty much everything else. I have 250 GB of free space on an SSD, 16GB of fast RAM, etc etc. I think this version of Logos may have a compatibility issue either with the MacBook Pro or the latest operating system. As I mentioned

  • Logos Bible Software 7.9 7.9.0.0013

For the past few weeks, Logos has been running dreadfully slow. Everything, and I mean everything, hangs. I'm running a newer MacBook Pro running Sierra 10.12.6 (16G29), so the problem should not be my system. This is killing my workflow—any suggestions?

  • Re: NA28 Apparatus Searching

Thanks! There are some fields to work with. Is there a way to build a search with multiple levels, i.e., x in field 1 and y in field 2 andnot z in field 3?

  • Re: NA28 Apparatus Searching

WH and NA28 refer to editions rather than witnesses. I'm afraid this wouldn't get me much closer to what I'm looking for. Thanks though!

  • NA28 Apparatus Searching

So what I would like to do is search the apparatus for all the places within a given range in which two particular witnesses agree with one another. I also need to be able to identify whether or not a given witness is cited in support of the base text or a variant. If possible, I would like to exclude all variant units for which a base text (i.e. positive

  • Re: Changing text size for table of contents and parsing info

I initially thought Dave was talking about the info that pops up when you option click a word in a resource—the font stays small for that and it does cut off. Sorry for missing what you were talking about! The info tool you sent a screen shot of is a much better option. I still would like to increase the size on the hover parsing though as that doesn

It cuts off the morph information with a ... on that window. I also don't want to click through—Checking thousands of words so additional time is really not helpful. And even that can only be scaled by scaling the entire program. Also, that wouldn't help with the table of contents. Surely there must be a way to do this??

  • Changing text size for table of contents and parsing info

So... How in the world to you increase the font size for the hold over parsing info in, say, a Hebrew Bible, or the table of contents? You can increase the size of the text as much as you like—but the parsing info stays tiny! Please help. :-)

  • Morph Bug

Doing a morph search in the Hebrew Biblia Hebraica Westmonasteriensis with Westminster Hebrew Morphology 4.18—the full morphology selection doesn't show up on the screen. Clicking on the little arrow to take you to the next section knocks you out of the morph code entering. Any ideas?

  • Re: Send to Kindle Bug

David Taylor is correct. It is extraordinarily useful to use the collapsible TOC. Really hope this gets fixed. My preferred version is the Cambridge Paragraph KJV. However, I also would like the option of setting my preferred version to a greek text so that that would pop up. It should just pull from whatever the preferred version is at the time. Anyway

  • Re: Send to Kindle Bug

What I am talking about is that, although the hyperlinks on the TOC page do work, the kindle is not reading them as the structure of the book and so navigation isn't working. When you go to the "go to" menu, all the sections should show up as they do when a book has been properly formatted. Having a hyperlinked TOC is good, but there is no reason why

The send to kindle function is amazing! It alone inspired me to start a new payment plan :-) However, there are few bugs, some of which have been mentioned and some not. 1. The Scripture hyperlinks are one of the best parts of the process..... but..... it isn't pulling my preferred version. Anything that can be done about this? 2. The TOC needs to be

  • Re: Kindle TOC and navigation?

I agree. I have created books with a proper table of contents many times in Calibre. All that you need to do is tell the ebook generator that section titles are h1, chapter titles are h2, etc, and then tell it to go off the headings when it creates the table of contents. Would make it a whole lot more useable!

If anyone is interested I have a T68 in like new condition that I am looking to sell and would be willing to exchange for $140 in logos credit. It has the case that boox made for it as well. I got it for logos and it worked as others have noted but I am trying to simplify my workflow and pay off my logos account..
