• Re: Verse Notes: best way to use them

Something to keep in mind is that the folks at Logos view notes as an resource annotation tool. While it can be used in other ways it is important to keep in mind how they view it. Design has been based on this function, primarily. They have steered away from making it an internal word processing tool and have said that there are better external resources
if you open one and use the right-arrow key, it will now go to the right next article (this did not work right in L3 because it only knew when titles "matched", not when articles described the same concept).
Sean, I tried this with what you said and it did not work as I understood you to explain. I am betting that

Sean, here is what I was trying to do today. I have made a collection of topical bibles. I wanted to find the primary instances for "sin"(articles or headwords[not sure I am using this term properly]) In V3 I used the topic browser on this collection and got to the main main articles very quickly in resources like Naves Topical Bible, New Topical Textbook

  • Lost ability to edit posts

Yesterday, I logged out of my account online at logos.com I logged back in and today I cannot edit any of my previous posts. I made a post today and I can edit that post but I cannot edit any of the post I made before logging out of the online account. Is there a way to get that ability back. I have a typo that I want to correct.

  • Re: Customization and Logos 4

The suggestion was not about oldV3 and new V4. It was about the two new fonts inside L4. There are two new default fonts in L4. The default text font (serif) is Athelas, from Type-Together. ( http://www.type-together.com/Athelas ). There is also a new default UI font (sans serif) which is "a custom variant of Alber, from MoreType" I do not see how to
What things are you not able to customize that you'd like to?
I will probably repeat a few requests that have been made before and try to limit them to customization. I also understand that you have thought through this with greater detail and I do appreciate that. I appreciate you listening way back a year or two

Also try this... double click just to the right of the + in the tab area and the next like resource in your preferred list will open in a new tab. Bob and the Logos team have thought of some pretty cool additions.

  • Re: Notes - link to references

In a note file you just need to type in the reference and when you hit a space after it the hyperlink will be made. If you paste in text with a reference you may need to place your cursor at the end of the reference and hit the space bar and a link will be made. The reference should change colors. to execute the hyperlink in edit more (while you can

  • Re: On prioritization, collections and parallel resources

You use the same list. Just put the commentaries in the same list and they will work with other commentaries. Instead of creating different Parallel Resource lists there is just one big list accessed by the "Prioritize" button in the "Prefer these resources" panel The program knows what kind of resource is open and just toggles through those resources

Yeah Josh, this function is missed They are partially supported. You can Prioritize resources (In the Library right click on a resource or drag and drop to the Prioritize list [Prioritize list is found in the upper right part of the Library window]) and these will allow that function to partially work. Whatever resources you put in the prioritize list

I don't know if this will bring more money for you, but when offline access is available (download my resources to the device) I will most likely go to the store and get an iTouch (with plenty of memory). • Re: What do you think of web forums instead of newsgroups?

Prefer newsgroups Much easier to navigate Less space Faster Easier to follow threads A thread view option in the fourm would be greatly appreciated - Creative cow forums provide a thread view that was similar to the newsgroup. Thanks for everything you do - great program and looking forward to the days ahead.
