What was the name of the sermon? When you re-open the sermon, is it still on that Mac Pro or on another device? Our team wants to find and fix whatever happened here. Thanks Dustin. It has happened again just today. At least, I have checked the day before the message was to be preached. Certain Bible references that were originally in the editor dropped out after the machine was shut down and reloaded. I found out today, by starting my ipad and getting it up there. The hint that it had happened was in the length

Some time ago, Logos used to have the Morph charts link in the info pane, but they seem to have dropped it out. I would like to request that it be put back even, perhaps, in version 10. I use the info pane a lot and it is a permanent part of my workspace as the image here shows.

Interesting reading this thread, although, it is coming up to 2 yrs old. I'm running an Apple Mac Pro and whilst I never lost my words last Sunday morning as I pre-read before the Service, I did find that I had lost all the Bible references that I had pasted there in. It's not the first time this has happened, although, it is rare. I have taken steps

Other than giving up on dark mode, is there anything that can be done to read the people's names here? I'm running the lated stable version of Logos.

The text in popups is spilling off the screen on the right hand side edge. I'm running a Mac Pro, Monteray with content scaling set to 110% and program scaling to 90%.

I'm using Mac Pro with M1 Silicon. I'm using English and dragging the sentences into clauses but come near the end of the page and I have regular crashes. It has been happening a lot throughout the Beta cycle and now with the final version. Please see attached logs. 2311.LogosLogs.davidmcallan.20220222-145827.zip
We've got a case open for this issue. I've included a link to this thread.
Thank you. See attached files. 4532.LogosLogs.davidmcallan.20220209-144622.zip

This has been the case all through the beta programs in 9.11 even to SR-1. Applicable to both forums in my mind. Scaling in Logos program settings set to 90% for program scaling and 110% for Content scaling, but I would assume that it should line up in spite of scaling - no problem when I was running windows. This is no big deal as I can improvise.

I am using the latest Mac M1 Silicon with MacOS Monterey 12.1. I have repeated crashes while using the Sentence Diagramming tool.

I tried to print out a sentence diagram while in dark mode and the paper came out black with white type. Obviously, to save ink and a better picture you would be after a white background with black letters. Apart from having to revert to light mode, does anyone know how to print with a white background while remaining in dark mode? Thanks.

Any attempt to open or create a prayer list crashes.

I can't speak for anyone else, but it is nigh on impossible for me to read the writing in the graphs of the Bible Sense Lexicon under the dark mode. Perhaps, under Dark Mode, give people the option to change the colour of the graph font from black to white. It should make it much clearer to read. What is interesting is that Logos uses white for the
Thank you! This is a great update.
I must say that the update to the red letter colouring is spot on!!! Thank you for making this easier on the eyes. I am using dark mode.
Only a few of them are coming up in the Counseling Guide
I agree, I have Jay Adams works, Gary Collins and the Journal of Biblical Counselling and none are coming up. I hope there are plans to expand the guides reach. All in all, Logos has done a great job on L9.

I admit that I have to turn off red letter in dark mode as it is too hard to read. On balance I like to keep the dark mode but do find red letter helpful. It would be great if some changes can be made to make it easier to read. Thanks.

I upgraded today to Logos 9 and checked out the Morris Proctor Videos under the "Quick Start for Logos 9" book. Unfortunately, the videos could be heard, but not seen. All I get is a blank screen. Does anyone else have this problem? I suspect it might have to do with something else on my system. I do know that often, videos will only work per se with

Here is a comprehensive Outline Bible that is not included in the guides or workflows section under "Outlines". It perplexes me that it is not. Has anyone else noticed this?

Graham, thanks for your help. I called Logos this morning and David from the tech department helped me get under way. The problem was the two devices (Iphone & Ipad). He is still not sure why, but I had to delete the apps and reinstall each of them. After letting them sync which took some time, the sermon/s concerned synced through fine. One thing that
