  • Best price on courses

I got a course or two included in some bundles I have purchased and and recently watched a few. I'd be interested in more, but, they do seem to be a little pricey. What is the best way to get the best price on courses? Are they ever on sale? Are they part of a bundle?

Yes. And, in case anyone else reads this... Another work around I found useful was to select a whole section (it helps to shrink the text really small to do this) of a book, right click, and select "Save as Passage List". this selects all the verses in that chapter to a separate file for review. • search for specific person

I want to search for any books that speak of Mary, the mother of Jesus, as being ordinary. I search for Mary NEAR ordinary but, there are other people named Mary. (Mary and Martha, for instance). How do I narrow this search?

I have a suggestion for Faithlife/ Logos I'd try to keep the 1000 top selling Christian books available in your format. I nearly always try to buy in logos format first, but if I can't find it, I buy the kindle version. Often, I can't find it. Today, I was looking for Lasting Impact. https://www.amazon.com/Lasting-Impact-Powerful-Conversations-Church

  • New Testament use of the old

It appears that the only way to purchase this is part of a Verbum set. Isn't the Verbum set for Catholics? This doesn't sound like a Catholic resources. https://www.logos.com/product/55335/new-testament-use-of-the-old-testament-dataset Josh

  • paidagōgos

IN the quote below there is a reference to ancient drawsings of a paidagōgos. anyone have any idea how one might find such drawings? This is Paul’s second metaphorical description of the law. The Greek word is paidagōgos and means literally a ‘tutor, i.e. a guide and guardian of boys’ (Grimm-Thayer). He was usually himself a slave

  • Re: most common command

I thought of another idea--to research the research I did a simple search for the phrase "most common command" in all resources. Interestingly, there are different opinions: His most common command emerges from the “fear not” genre. The gospels list some 125 Christ-issued imperatives. Of these, twenty-one urge us to “not be afraid”
