  • Re: Suggestion: Add New Resources to the Baylor Handbook on the Bible (Greek and Hebrew)

I'd love to see this series updated too. I guess there is something going on with the publisher... otherwise I'm sure it would be available on Logos.

Not in order of priority... 1. A way to finally combine note files nicely 2. Dark mode for OSX Mojave 3. I'd like to see a way of visualizing collections and being able to quickly access books within a collection. Perhaps the ability to drag and drop a collection to the toolbar and then click on it to see the books and click on one to open it?

The best voted user support for this appears to be this request . Please jump over and add your votes. Inverting colors is no longer an appropriate response when OS developers are adding dark mode at a system level. Like others in this thread (and these forums) I also use Logos every day and the lack of dark mode is conspicuous compared to many other

  • Amazon wish list

Have you guys (i.e. the logos.com web team) ever thought about importing Amazon wish lists and matching them with Logos books? This could then be used to create a bundle offer of books that are in the Logos catalog. Just a thought.

  • BUG: Highlighting a single word

Myself and a friend just discovered that if you highlight a single word on the iPad, tapping the word does not bring up the highlighting context panel which you would normally use to delete (or change the color of) the highlight. It works for more than two words, but not when a single word is highlighted. We were working in Holmes' Greek text. To resolve

I thought about that, but there isn't much to see. It's not there. Still here you go :) This reading should finish after verse 21, but as you can see, there is only a blank space.

  • BUG: Reading Plan Completion Link Missing

I've been using reading plans for ages, and generally I love them, but there is one little bug that appears on iOS - it doesn't appear on the Mac or on Android. I have a plan set to read through segments of the Greek New Testament, and when a reading finishes on a chapter division, the "Mark Read" bar isn't present. It is on Android, but not on iOS

On a related note, the number of resources this page says I have is more than the number of resources I have according to my library. Any ideas why?

  • Logos Automation and API's

Hi everyone, I frequently have a bunch of verses in a list that I'd like to be able to automatically extract the text for each verse. I know I can do it one at a time, but this can be tedious with a list of 15-20 verses (or several lists of 15-20 verses). So I figured it would be useful to write a script to do it with my preferred Bible in Logos. I

  • Feature Request - Convert highlights to clippings

This seems like an obvious thing, so perhaps there is a reason why it hasn't been done yet, but would it be possible to quickly take all the highlights in a book (or collection) and convert them to a clippings file? This would be really helpful for revisiting themes of a book later on. Particularly commentaries or reviews of popular books. Better yet

What about retina/display settings? I've got a 15" MacBook Pro Retina with two external screens, one running at 2560x1600 and one at 1200x1920 (turned sideways). Just a thought. My testing hasn't shown these to make any difference, but I'll look more tomorrow morning.

Thanks for following up, the only feature I have on is font smoothing - and that might be on by default as I don't remember changing it (though I may have).

  • Re: Crash on Mac opening resources

I normally filter by author or title and then click the title I want, the crash is fairly consistent when I do this. If I drag the book out or use the arrow keys to scroll down and click enter the crash doesn't occur. It only occurs in tile view and only if I click on the library icon in the toolbar. If I open the library in a new pane (cmd+L) it works

  • Re: Word List

I agree, in fact, there are a number of features related to this which would be nice (I hope you don't mind me adding these to your list). These suggestions would be to add searches to create a list of words that occur more than x (in Christopher's case 2200 times words in the OT) occur in Ephesians (for example) which occur less than 30 times in the

Just to narrow this down further, the crash doesn't seem to occur if I open a library pane (i.e. cmd+L), only if I click the library button and try and open a resource. Hope that helps.

I can open EBC vol 2 no problems. The problem is not the book per se, but the method of opening it seems. [quote user="Jack Caviness"] You may have found another bug in Mono, but I cannot duplicate it. (Mono is the code underlying Logos for Mac.) [quote] Got a SIGSEGV while executing native code. This usually indicates a fatal error in the mono runtime
