I followed the Label Entry feature training video carefully to create labels, but some of them "leak" by applying the label style to part of the biblical text. This only happens when the label is for a long passage extending into a subsequent chapter. The style gets applied from the start of the next chapter. In the graphic below, you can see I used

Oh! Interesting. When I open the Hebrew text first, I can add the translation through the Multiple Resources Display, but I was working from the English first (as I do with my Bibles), which doesn't allow one to add the Hebrew (unlike with Bibles). And the commentary then scrolls along fairly nicely with the Hebrew. Thanks Graham—the graphic helped

I own the three volumes on Pirke Avot by William Berkson: The Hebrew, the English translation, and a commentary. I would like set the Hebrew to appear beside the English text using the Multiple Resources Display tool, and to have the commentary following along in another panel using a Link Set. I guess the same would go for all other dual-language volumes

This is great. Thanks so much, Greg. I kept loading the Media tool (seems the intuitive place to search for media!) and then entering something like "map" in the 'Find media' box.

Is there a way to select all maps from all resources in my library and display them as thumbnails? (I mean static maps, not like the Atlas tool's maps.) I would like to view them together instead of poking around inside study Bibles, encyclopedias and the like. Does one just enter "map" in the Find Media textbox? That doesn't quite meet the need as

Cheshvan is currently misspelled "Chislev" (right before Kislev!)

Thank you, Kiyah, "Update resources" worked. - David

I recently purchased Lexham Press's excellent Reading the Bible as Literature by Leland Ryken. All the resources downloaded fine except Sweeter than Honey. My Logos app (9.4, on Windows) keeps saying "Downloading" when I view the preview of this book, but the download never ends. I've tried using "Cancel download" in the library, but nothing changes

Many thanks!

Thanks Graham, That helps. The question behind the question is, Where do we see God as a teacher? I'm especially interested in the Father's activity as a teacher in the OT. Blessings

Super! Thank you, MJ

As I searched the LEB and LHB for I got unexpected results: matches to מַשְׁחִית. My basic but reliable Swanson's lexicon doesn't list "teacher" as a possible meaning of mashchit. So, is the lexicon missing a meaning, or is the search returning wrong results? Note: I also got the expected results for matches to מוֹרֶה.

Facilitate Serendipitous Discovery?! That's new to me. My first time FSD returned the book, Discovering the Feminine Genius

WOW! Many thanks; this is a gem!

The vast number of excellent resources for sale through Logos can tempt you to endlessly scour the store for literature that you would love to have (but probably don't have time to read anyway). We might even spend more than we can afford to, just to keep in our personal libraries for one day that may never come. And then we'd still want to buy more

Many thanks for your diligence and thoroughness, Doug, and also for previously clarifying the distinction between errors and translator's choices. Glad to be in the digital age! Blessings, David

Num 23.7: "lead" should be "led" (or perhaps "leads") If the Report Typo tool is sufficient, I'll quit replicating here. Please let me know your preference.

Hebrews 1:8 is missing a suffix: the scepter of righteous ness is the scepter of your kingdom.

Unless I am overlooking something, Ps 67:3 and Ps 67:5 are identical in Hebrew and thus also in English, but these verses differ (very slightly) in the LEB. I also recently used "Report typo" for the following: "the women" in Num 5:22 should be "the woman" "exalt" in Isa 13:4 should be "exult" Hope these will all be processed. Thanks!

Thanks so much, Keep Smiling and Bob! I thought there might be something simpler like, language:Aramaic, but I will take your tips. Blessings, David
