Does anyone know how long this maintenance is supposed to take?
I'm sorry this has been frustrating. I've taken a look at this briefly and I'm fairly confident that this message is being displayed in error. Each answer is actually submitted as you go. It appears there is an issue on our end with either the final question

In the listing under the heading "More details about these resources", there will be a little blue icon at the end of a line for resources that you don't yet own. This screen shot is what *I

We'll dig into this and see what we can find. There are certainly situations where one click will explicitly add multiple items to the cart, thought that doesn't seem like what people are concerned about.
But I would love Faithlife to respond about what / where there's anything from Faithlife / Logos responding with an lrscorp.net certificate.
lrscorp.net is a domain we have registered http://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=lrscorp.net
For the individual who was seeing the errror accessing vyrso.com but was being returned a verbum.com certificate, which does sound like an SNI issue, wouldn't affirmation of your hypothesis consist of the user accepting the certificate so that he/she navigates to the site and then see if he/she arrives at the verbum web site
-
Based on all of my testing, when I use SNI-capable tools, I cannot reproduce your issue. When I disable SNI support, it reproduces every time. The screen shot you posted with the annotation:
By the way, I have no proxy server settings designated in my Internet Explorer configuration
doesn't actually show that you have
-
I'd still be very interested in any proxy configuration on your machine. You report using IE 11, which should handle our configuration just fine, but what you're describing looks and smells like a proxy or intermediate application that isn't coping well with a technology we use called Server Name Indication or SNI . We know this affects ancient versions

The product transitioned from Community Pricing to Pre-Pub and it looks like customers who had CP bids got two Pre-Pub orders in the process. We'll figure out why it happened in this case as well as audit existing Pre-Pub orders to remove the duplicates. I'm sorry and thank you for your patience. -cameron

In the very near future (could be a few hours, could be a few days) a new checkout workflow will be coming to Logos.com. This new workflow should simplify the checkout process for most regular customers, particularly those that keep payment information on file. We've also added the ability to save items for later and add items from your wish lists right
Login doesn't preserve the current page / view
Login not preserving the current page is definitely a bug and we'll fix it. Logos.com currently does the correct thing while vyrso.com does not.

As I mentioned in a separate post, the sorting for this pane is wrong and we'll fix it soon. The "correct" order when sorting by status, descending, as far as we've discussed it internally is: Items with a known shipping date; in order of when they will ship Under Contract Gathering Interest

For something like default sort order of prepubs (which seems to be the main issue), I expect to address it soon. We are not done with all of the changes related to this area of the site, so there's still plenty of time to address refinements. I don't expect we'll "put it back", but we do appreciate all of the feedback.
