Mark, It looks like it's a subtle bug that affects the international bundle SKUs, which is why I didn't see it. The price in the cart is correct. We'll ship a fix for this tomorrow.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can't quickly reproduce it on my own account or my test account, so it's probably a more subtle issue that may affect specific users differently. A developer is looking into it as I type.

To all who were affected by this bug, I apologize. It should be fixed now as we should no longer show the signup dialog to people running Safari in private browsing mode. If you're still having issues with it, let me know.

Tonight is our June maintenance window.
Logos servers are down this early morning/afternoon
The issue we've been working on overnight (Pacific Time) primarily affects sites and services related to commerce and licensing and, unfortunately, login for Logos 5 and some of the mobile apps. I'm really sorry. We hope to have the issue resolved shortly.
Is Logos.com down for maintenance now?
Typically, when it's down for planned maintenance, it's only down for a small handful of minutes. In this case, there is an actually problem that we're working to resolve as quickly as possible.

Logos.com is down at the moment. We are actively working on it.

Once a month, we've got to perform maintenance on our commerce systems that requires us to take Logos.com and Vyrso.com offline for a few minutes. We typically do it sometime between 9PM and 11:59PM Pacific Time, but it's only for a few minutes, not the entire 3 hour window. We're always working to try to minimize the amount of time the site is unavailable
Cameron, is anyone doing anything at all about SERIOUS MALFUNCTION of forum subscriptions ?
As I just posted in that thread, my expectation is (was?) that the changes I made to address the issue reported here would've solved the subscription issue as well. There were a number of unfortunate side effects of this particular
I think this issue is still a problem. I am missing a lot as well. Does anyone know where this currently stands?
Based on the forum code, I would've expected my changes to address What's up with the forum these days? to have fixed this issue as well. More specifically, when someone received the error message described
This error has been happening quite too often to me lately. Am I alone in this?
Nope, you were not alone. But I made a change last night (around 8:30 PM Pacific Time) that, so far, appears to have resolved the issue.
my last few posts have not had this problem whereas my previous dozen or so posts have had this problem.
I'm glad to hear it! Zero posts have had the problem since 8:32 when I made a change to address the issue. I'm continuing to monitor things, but so far so good.
Thanks! I figured that you folks probably knew it and were on it. At least it is working and we should simply ignore the message if we get it.
The error appears to actually occur after the post itself has been saved to the database while the forum software is updating some statistics about the post. I'm actively working

If we need to schedule maintenance on Logos.com that we know in advance will affect the availability of the site, we typically do so on Wednesday evening between 9 PM and 11 PM Pacific Time.
I’m only seeing a 20% additional discount for Portfolio, not the 25%, let alone the original 30%. Any ideas why?
Yes. You own Portfolio already. The percentage discounts are steeper for customers who currently own lesser Logos 4 base packages. Platinum owners get 25% and Gold and lower get 30%. 20% is the correct
Hopefully Logos can fix the faithlife database monday (as Logos4Crash.txt claims a malformed db).
I've emailed Bradley to get some additional insight (and I suspect he'll be along shortly), and will defer to his interpretation of the logs (I'm not a desktop developer any more), but reading through there it looks like
