Oh Yes! I Love it!

Aha! Discovered the Windows 8 App. Thanks for the Tip. Now I just have to wait for the image to appear. We can suffer together in peace.

Oh, I bet you meant here: http://biblia.com/verseoftheday/fullsize.jpg Maybe? It is working now.
-
Do you mean the Bible Screen? http://biblescreen.com/ It is working for me.
-
Is this the 1st Edition? 4th? Something else?
-
It's not such a big deal, really. Just a curiosity. But this does make me wonder which of the 5 may be my apology language . Did Gary Chapman miss #6 "Just get over it." I am over it.

Keep in mind this is a $20 value book according to Logos. What would one expect for $20? And the full retail price of the 256 page book on Amazon is $19.99.
-
You think these are intended to be the same? This is what Logos advertises: Do you think this is what they are delivering?

I was really excited to see Rose Publishing's $20 Bible Overview for 99 cents. Wow! Too good to be true! I checked Amazon to be sure it was good as I thought. Momentarily I thought about asking on the forum to be sure that what Logos offered as a $20 book for 99 cents included the lovely graphics and charts--which is why I wanted the book. But for the

So THAT is why they call it the Kindle Fire.

Imagine giving up giving up the tactile and visual of an abacus for a calculator. Remember turning to the back of the mathematics book to scour log tables? (OK, bad memory there) I suspect the younger generation will miss a joy, but move on to other great joys as paper books fade from use. I love paper books, the heft, the smell, even finger-print stains

That all makes sense now. I like it

Is there any reason you think I don't look like my profile picture?
-
By accident I found something you all probably know, but that is new and useful to me: While creating Bible notes I discovered that I can save a link to a URL of a search. That means the link will also be dynamic as my library and notes grow. How good can it get? Here is an example of a link I recently added to a note on Gen 24:29 regarding "Terah"

The profile refused to keep an update in any field using Google Chrome. IE worked fine. I have no idea if I get the certificate or not. I hope. I just spent down some of my credit.

Actually mobile or desktop, although my wife uses her iPhone mostly (eww) for reading. I rarely use Vyrso either, but my wife does. I didn't realize how "recent" worked on mobile devices. I showed my wife and she is completely satisfied with how the library works on the iPad. Oh no! I may have just lost my iPad! Anyway, you have made my marriage even

I am back in circulation again. Thanks for the fix. Even my laptop works now! Logos is great! Now back the the original point: ἅγιος ἅγιος ἅγιος κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὁ παντοκράτωρ, ὁ ἦν καὶ ὁ ὢν καὶ ὁ ἐρχόμενος. ἅγιος ἅγιος ἅγιος !

My wife and I have very different library viewing preferences. Husband: Loves Logos and Vyrso Libraries the way they are. He can power-plow through and find what he wants with ease using collections and filters and sorting and such. Wife Hates trying to browse the Library or collection to find a book. She can NOT easily find what is new, and filters

Interesting question: I had a hard drive failure on the Desktop a about a month ago and was able to repair it just fine, but I did install Logos complete and fresh. The repair coincided with 5.1 release so it is possible that the Desktop (NA28 Read Aloud works) was not a 5.1 upgrade but an initial 5.1 install. But I am not 100% sure. The Laptop install

I LOVE it, but agree that the images change a little fast.
