    I installed Proclaim this week, and now I have the same problem in that Word crashes when I try to access 'Additional Actions' in the right-click context menu in Word. I don't know if the two are related. Sometimes it crashes, and other times it just becomes slow to input text. A selection is only highlighted 'after' I let go of the mouse, and a word

    Sean, The problem is being sent to the IT team to delete the My Songs database manually. The right-click context menu being missing and not being able to delete songs individually is being reported as a bug. You might also want to report the import problem as a bug too, as I mentioned in the second post above. If I get past this difficulty I hope to

    I've found the problem. If the copyright text includes © then all subsequent text (inc. copyright, authors) in the properties section of the Openlyrics xml file are ignored. It imports the next section which is lyrics, though. I have a question. I plan to delete all the © in the xml files before importing them again. However, how can I delete

    Just starting a trial of Proclaim. I've exported songs from OpenLP in Openlyrics format. However, when they import to Proclaim, they are all missing the copyright details, the author details, and the CCLI number. Is there any way that I can get this info imported correctly, since I don't want to have to edit each song individually. Any help appreciated

    You don't even have to pay if you use large amounts of storage space. You can store that locally for free without restriction. The cost is only if you want to use Zotero's cloud backup and sync. Although that is convenient, I personally use another cloud backup and sync provider and have the Zotero folder stored on the cloud much cheaper as part of

    One feature that would be good in Logos 9 would be the ability to assign which pane or floating window in a saved layout that new resources would open to. I generally have several floating windows open, but every time a new resource opens (unless I drag it to a specific tab location to view it) it opens in the most obscure and unhelpful window/pane
