I may be wrong, but I think that because its now part of an advertised Verbum base package, it's going to be developed sooner rather than later. In essence, Faithlife has made a commitment and is now selling a product that has that resource as a component. They probably want to avoid the hassles of pulling it out later and having
I've reported a number of issues with the Verbum packages on Display error or dynamic pricing error?
Glenn and I have posted replies there.
Another potential issue: I have a Verbum Now subscription. When I look at the prices for the Verbum packages, it shows an asterisk rather than a price for the

[EDIT: Glenn posted while I working on my reply and covered most of it.]
I've seen similar issues as well. "New to you" lists papal encyclicals that I already own as part of a larger set. I think there is a glitch somewhere.
Steve, are you talking about papal encyclicals that are included in the 5-volume set edited by Claudia

Fixed. (Might take a little while before it shows up.) Thanks.

This has been fixed. Thanks.

Chris, That's really strange. I can't think of why that would be happening. Does it still do that if you close all panels and then reload everything from the homepage?
-
It should be opening Catholic Daily Readings (U.S. Lectionary) --this looks very similar to the old Catholic Lectionary : it lists the options for each day, links to the Missal and Lectionary, references for the readings just like Catholic Lectionary , but the dynamic text below comes from the official text instead from your Bible. The full Lectionary

Sorry for the confusion. The homepage sidebar lectionary display was formerly controlled solely by prioritization, but since Verbum/Logos 6, it is controlled through the Customize menu. You may not have noticed if you haven't had reason to change your lectionary since then. (Prioritization should still control what results from the Go box.)
-
So glad we now have the official lectionary. When I prioritized it above "The Catholic Lectionary", I was expecting it to be used for the daily readings on the Home Page, but instead, the "Catholic Lectionary" remains as the one used. Is anyone else having this issue? Am I doing something incorrect?
This is the purpose

This is a known issue. I have a resource update planned to address it.
-
The Lectionary ships with a second resource Catholic Daily Readings (U.S. Lectionary) , which is a dynamic text, day-by-day, lectionary resource like the current dynamic text "Catholic Lectionary." You can add this resource to your homepage in place of Catholic Lectionary to view the daily readings in the official translation. The screenshots below
- I recall getting a few "temporary" resources but not all of them were from the Verbum catalog (I think). In other words, I didn't feel that Catholic resources had some priority in the program. Maybe I'm mistaken.
We've had Verbum preview resources every month since the launch of Verbum Now.
At present, Verbum Now does not advertise these or other discounts, however having Verbum Now is allowing me to see these discounts. 1. Is it intentional that Verbum Now members have access to these discounts? 2. Will Verbum Now members continue to have access to Logos Now discounts?
1. Yes. (We're not linking to the
What I noticed is that the Library does not "gray out" the price completely as is done with other resource sets that I own on the Logos site.
I'll look into this. Thanks. (I'm pretty confident that you do, in fact, own everything in it.)
-
This is deliberate, due to the royalties we pay on the Catholic Answers content contained in this library. If you already own a base package and are interested in this content, we recommend purchasing the Catholic Answers Collection (21 vols.) .

If you update the urls from scripsturestudysoftware.com to blog.verbum.com, they should work. (I'll look into why our redirect isn't working correctly.)
Did Verbum stop offering the FBOM? I haven't seen one yet.
Verbum is running a little behind on its August promotions. I'm hoping to have something up by the end of the day.

I'm behind on getting all the emails, etc. out, but the Verbum August Monthly Sale is live.

Good News: Brody Stewart has been accepted as a seminarian for the Archdiocese of Seattle and will begin his studies this fall. While we're happy for Brody (and the Church in Western Washington), we're sad to see him leave Verbum. (His last day was actually Friday. I was hoping he'd be able to announce the news himself, but he was cramming a lot into

Yep. I've already got it updated in the source, but am late in pushing out updates to all the lectionaries. (Sorry, I'm overwhelmed with a lot of stuff at the moment.) Thanks.
