  • Re: Comfort & Barrett's Symbology

Thank you - I was looking at the text after I had copied it to Word and thus missed the footnote quality. I'll go back to Logos and check the footnotes. Again, Thank you!

  • Comfort & Barrett's Symbology

I’ve come across a couple of symbols in Comfort & Barrett’s The Text of the Earliest New Testament Greek Manuscripts (2001) which don’t appear to be identified in its List of Abbreviations (or in any of its other headend material). For example: In p72 at Jude 1:3, I find “«πειστι»c”

  • CNTTS

I have the CNTTS Critical Apparatusn Logos 7.10.0.0019. Is there any way to programmatically process the CNTTS in order to assemble a transcript of a particular manuscript? For example, I would like to begin by reconstructing a transcript of miniscule 1831 in Jude.

  • Re: Editio Critica Maior

Yes, that would be especially helpful. With the online availability of the Coherence-Based Genealogical Method website at http://intf.uni-muenster.de/cbgm/index_en.html the need for the Editio Critica Maior on the Catholic Epistles (ECM IV) is quite apparent. Usage of that site requires ECM variant addresses. (The CBGM was used to develop NA28's apparatus

  • Unnamed Collections

I don’t find any answer to this in my Logos 5 and 6 physical manuals, or by searching support, or at https://wiki.logos.com/collections , or in the Help Manual (F1), or in the Free Training Videos and Articles , or on the Logos Wiki . When I go to Tools|Collections|Open, it always starts a new Unnamed Collection which I then have to delete. Is

  • Re: BHS Apparatus

Thank you - I see how I missed that. You searched the Entire Library. I only searched the apparatus itself. Iron sharpens iron!

  • BHS Apparatus

At several locations in Exodus and Deuteronomy, I find the entry "Pap Nash" in the Apparatus, cf. e.g. Exodus 20:5. I can find nothing regarding this in either the Foreword or the Sigla list. I suspect it refers to a papyrus discovered by someone named Nash, but can't be certain. Would anyone here have any further information on this?

  • Synchronizing Syriac Resources

First - I'm absolutely new to Syriac. Just this past week, I added Codex Sinaiticus , Codex Curetonianus , Noeldeke's Compendius Syriac Grammar , and Nestle's Syriac Grammar to my Library. When I click on a word in Sinaiticus, sometimes it comes up in Nestle and sometimes it doesn't. I can't seem to get it to link to Noeldeke at all. I suspect there

  • Re: Lewis and Short Latin Dictionary

I've placed my bid. Meanwhile ... I have no experience with Latin at all. My Logos 5 system includes Mahoney's Overview of Latin Syntax , Lewis' An Elementary Latin Dictionary , and Whitaker's Dictionary of Latin Forms . I'm currently reading through Hodge's Systematic Theology which has numerous passages in Latin. Will the above three books on Latin

I'm trying to add an avatar. I upload the new picture and it shows up in my profile, but when I click the "save" button, it reports "Page Not Found". Afterwards, the avatar remains in my profile every time I go to it, but the avatar never appears in any of my posts.

I tried the "update now" and it reported that no updates were available and that my system was already up to date. But "Help|About" still reports 4.2a SR-4 (4.21.5.0953)
