Thanks Mike, I think this did get dropped. We'll take a look Monday and see what we can do.

Proclaim licenses are per physical site (e.g. church campus). However, usage at a special event like a camp is fine. I'm not a lawyer but this does not violate the spirit of the current license terms. Hope it goes well for you!

Supporting the Liturgical calendar is included in the ramp up. Winning you back... challenge accepted! 😉

Thanks for the feedback Mike.
For a while there were a constant supply of notification about added media but I haven't seen these recently.
We haven't been announcing the releases in app, but they've been happening each month, near the 1st. We're planning to ramp up the creation of Pro Media in the near future. Hoping
Sunday, October 28th update...it did work this morning, albeit very slowly. It took much longer than usual to load up the scripture text, but it did work.
Hello Shannon, things looked normal on our end this weekend. We'll release an update early this week with additional logging so we can further diagnose the slowness
-
If that doesn't reveal anything we may ask for you to sample the Proclaim process using Activity Monitor while reproducing the issue and attach those logs as well.
-
Is the slowness present directly after a restart or only after Proclaim has been running for a while? Please use Help > Save Log Files to save some logs and attach them to this thread. We'll take a look and see if anything stands out.
Good to know! But the duplication of the presentation is the expected behavior for this scenario?
For now, yes. However, we plan to support multiple slide views/designs for a single service item in the future. This should support your scenario you describe.

Hello Colin, great to hear you got Digital Signage set up! The location of the sign feed (set in Proclaim) dictates the location of the weather. This help article shows how to do this. https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009624091-How-do-I-show-the-weather-for-my-location-in-Digital-Signage-
The Proclaim Mobile app doesn't sync once a presentation has gone on air — even if the presentation is modified whilst on air.
Thanks for bringing this up. We are planning to address this in the very near future. It will work just like Proclaim, updating automatically. The presenter won't have to know about edits being

Hi Colin, here's an article that demonstrates setting up and using a Chromebit for Digital Signage. It's very easy to get going. We've also added a app for Amazon's Fire TV Stick which is another option, and less expensive than the Chromebit. We have feedback from people using both devices successfully. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any further

Hello Mike, thanks for the detailed explanation. I have a fix for this that should go out in the next release.
-
Thanks for the report Mark. This has been fixed and will ship soon.

A couple caveats related to automatic updates worth mentioning. * Proclaim will not try to update in the background if you're currently On Air. The background update should be silent and not interrupt Proclaim, but we've opted not to take that chance if you're On Air. * On Windows machines the installer attempts to disable Layered Service Providers

Bob, we just shipped an improvement to this process last week. All videos were complete by today (Moday) at 7am PST. More improvements to come! Just curious, how do you use the video?
Any news on this Logos?
A better workaround for printing full page slides is to multi-select the items you want to print in the Order of Service, then right click and select "Save as images..." to save the images to your hard drive. From there you can open the images in Windows File Explorer (or Finder on Mac), multi

Fixed. This will ship with the next update.
If this is a simple setting I need to change somewhere please let me know :) Otherwise I think it's a bug.
Confirmed, we'll get this fixed. Thanks for the report.

Hello Bob, sorry to hear this. Are the attached logs from your home machine? Approximately what time of day did you make the changes?

Thanks for the feedback Mark. A manual override is something we've planned on adding for a long time. This is a good reminder.
