Graham, thanks for the feedback. Regarding the first request, I think we could do something better here to preserve the "last shown" selection in the timeline when a quick screen is showing. Regarding the second request, the current behavior matches other presentation (e.g. PowerPoint) applications. If we implement the first request and keep the selection

I'll create a case for this. Thanks for the feedback.
Hi Scott Has this been addressed? I was trying to do this earlier and couldn't find a way of doing it. Thanks, Graham
Graham, this hasn't been addressed yet. We're planning to ship an update on Monday, I'll see if I can

Brendon, one solution would be adding support for customizable service sections. This has been requested but it's not on the short list at this time. A better workaround might be to set your video as a custom quick screen. This would still require some manual intervention to show the quick screen and hide it when complete but should be slightly better
Graham, I saw you explained Proclaim timings to a forum user some time ago. However, in the service portion of the program, shouldn't any timings be ignored if the auto-timers box is unchecked? In our preacher's sermon slides today, auto-timings were triggered even though that toggle was unchecked , so the slides could

Thanks for the logs, here is the message we're getting back from the SongSelect API - {"advice":"Token validation failed. The user does not have access to the requested resources.","problem":"token_revoked"} Is a different user signed in to the church computer? Please try using the account menu to remove and relink your SongSelect account.

Haha, thanks Mike There have been rumors of Philips releasing a candle style bulb ...

Bob, please use the Help menu to save your logs and post them here. They should include details about the error.

Graham, this item has been on our backlog for a long time and we don't have any short term plans to begin working on it. But, as Faithlife continues to move toward supporting groups of people I expect this item to only become more important. Many Bibles are free already, worth checking against your list of desired Bibles. https://support.proclaimonline
-
Graham, unfortunately Bibles in Proclaim are currently a user license, not a group license. This is something we plan to fix in the future.
-
Clint, were you able to get logs from this machine? The logs attached to the original post are from Logos, not Proclaim. Thanks!
-
They are also available at SoundFaith.com https://soundfaith.com/search?kinds=mediapack&q=signals
-
John, this is still something we'd like to accomodate in the future but I don't have any specifics at this time.
-
Alan, glad to hear you were able to work around the issue. Are you on Mac or Windows?
-
Thanks for the feedback James. We have plans to make more of the updates a background process which you shouldn't notice. In the meantime sorry for the disruption.
-
Jeff, I don't expect this lag is a Proclaim specific issue. When these type of issues crop up we usually start eliminating/testing variables like signal converters, cables, and even the video itself. Proclaim uses Windows Media Player internally so testing WMP directly is a useful troubleshooting step. WMP may have different issues than other video

I'll bring it up for discussion. Thanks for the feedback.

The message you're seeing is a tool tip, which is not meant to be interactive, rather provide discovery of the keyboard shortcuts. If you want to use the mouse to go On Air to the current slide you can do so using the context menu on the item in the Order of Service (left pane).

Not at this time but this is a great idea! Feel free to add it to our uservoice and we can look into it.
I have added it, which brings up another point: I have exhausted my allotment of 5 votes, does that mean I can't add any more suggestions?
Thanks for the suggestion
