Hi Graham, I figured out your issue -- it looks like you exported that presentation to Proclaim a few weeks ago, before we added this system. If you send it to Proclaim again (either to a new presentation, or the same one -- you can delete your old slides from it), you will be able to control the slides.

Hi Graham, The others are correct, you need to click the slide in Preaching Mode (after you send the sermon to Proclaim and go On Air). I believe we have plans to release some info about the Proclaim slide controls feature once it's available on all platforms (it's still in beta for now). FYI, we've fixed an issue in the mobile app today, where slides were displaying a gray background while connected to the internet, rather than your real slide backgrounds. This fix was server-side, meaning it doesn't require you to update your mobile app. We also fixed an issue where UI may not display correctly after enabling/disabling slides. For

[quote user="Matt Lopez"] I started having issues with the web app yesterday when i wanted to add notes to a verse. A notification popped up saying error unable to access notes. it happened a couple times before i gave up because my notes weren't being saved. I tried again today and now it's saying this page isn't working and when I go to the home screen

Hi Blair, Our books are displayed with a custom rendering engine, unlike how most text is displayed in the browser. Most screen-reading tools can't 'see' it as a result. To switch to your browser's text display, you can click your profile picture, and select "Enable limited view mode". This is essentially the same as what HJ suggested (using Biblia

[quote user="Therese Saladin"] I tried to scroll through my library what commentaries I have about Genesis Chapter 32. As I tried to flick up the screen with a very slight touch it opened up that book for me on the screen. But that is not what I wanted. I just wanted to see what sort of books I have. Could this please be fixed that a slight touch does

Hi MJ, Sorry that happened. :( There's a rare race condition right now, where our server doesn't send down the right localization if the person right before you was in a different language. Refreshing the page should fix it.

Hi Mattillo, Hmm, your screenshot is indeed strange. I think I'm looking at the right resource here ( The Expanded Bible: New Testament) ? https://app.logos.com/books/LLS%3AEXPBBLNT/references/bible%2Bexpnt.63.5.27 I'm viewing it in Chrome on Mac, how about you?

Hi Steve, Thanks for the report. Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing for us? That would help us fix your issue. Thanks! --David
-
Hi Frederic, Thanks for posting this bug report! We fixed the issue you were experiencing. Let us know if you have any more issues. -- David PS. Sorry for the slow reply -- I meant to reply here last week, but sadly I caught a cold shortly after fixing this. :(

If I understand your question correctly, the default font for resources on the web app is the same as the default in Logos 8 desktop: Sirba GRK.

Happy to help!

You can create one of several reading plans on the web app from the Home Page. Click the (+) icon at the top right -> Reading Plan. Currently there's a bug displaying non-bible reading plans (which is what's affecting yours, I think). I don't have a timeframe for that fix, though, unfortunately.

Hi David, You should be able to view them on the web app. I've identified your issue and will see what we can do. Thanks!
-
Hi Duane, Welcome to the forums. You can't delete workflows on the web app currently. You can manage them on the desktop app if you have that installed, though. --David
