Logos scaling set to 100% Windows font scaling at the recommend 200% Laptop display 2736 x1824 External monitors 1920 x 1080
-
In Logos the scaling in 100% Windows display font scaling is the recommended 200% Screen resolution is 2736x1824 on laptop, external monitors are set at 1920 x 1080.

Starting two days ago when I hover over a footnote, note, or resource tab, the size of the popup window is very large. The problem is consistent throughout Logos--all resources, with the exception that it does not occur in the Logos Programs Setting. Only happens on external monitors. Any recommendations on a solution? Logos 9.6.0.0024 On Windows 10

As with others, amazed at the length of time this is taking. I did notice that on the NET Bible site they do not list Logos as one of the platforms on which NET Bible is available (https://netbible.com/download/). Wondering if there has been a falling out between the Biblical Studies Foundation and Faithlife.

I've experienced the same issue. Creating a note, editing a note, pasting into a note are all very slow. I'm using the latest version.
-
Totally agree. Having used Logos since the days when it was on a handful of diskettes, this upgrade has been by far the most frustrating. They clearly released a Beta version. And the new note system is painful to use. I've told all my colleagues to not upgrade since the program is not ready for prime time yet.
-
Yes, I have spent hours trying to solve the issues. I've summited screenshot and reported bugs. With no help.
-
Fully agree. The new app is a step back. Can't highlight, cumbersome, freezers regularly.
-
Same experience. And on the mobile app (Android) I can't select which note or highlight to edit. When trying to edit it only allows access to one note (first in a passage). The previous version gave me the option of selecting which note or highlight to edit.

Sort by reference is a must. Seems like a strange element not to include. Save filters sets This might be solved if the sort by reference feature is added. But the only workaround I found to short by reference required 6 different filters selected. So it would be nice to be able to save filter sets and not have to create it each time I want to do a

Phil, The issue of the "look" of highlights and notes is not being visible is still an issue. On the left, what it should look like. In the middle what looks like. Which is not how the videos or other examples show.
-
I'm a heavy user of the current notes and highlighting system. And I think I like where this is going with the new one. I've been comparing the existing system, waiting for the systems to work the same on desktop and mobile. The connection to mobile has keep me from jumping in too deep. Waiting for the "user's manual." Suggestion Would be nice to have

As a fan of the reverse interlinear in L3, I'm glad it is almost here in L4. Does anyone know how long until it is included in version other than beta?
-
yes
-
Yes I really do hope they bring back the "real" reverse interlinear as a book. One of my favorite resources.
