Thank you. Most of your sample was the Home Page generation. The sample is only taken for five seconds after clicking the "Sample" button, so that needs to be done after you click on the Note shortcut and not before. Forty seconds is a long time for the Note to open, can you please start with a blank layout, click on the Note shortcut, then click sample

Mike, Can you please upload the crash report located at /Users/Mike/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/Logos_2015-08-14-124546_Mikes-2014-iMac.crash

Based on the logs, this appears to be an Apple issue: Assertion failed: (0 && "You have encountered . " "Please run the gather_files.sh command that's attached to the radar:" "sudo gather_files.sh" "Then attach the following file to the radar:" "/tmp/crash_files.tz" "Thanks!")

[quote user="Jeffrey S. The way that L6 installs and stores data will have to change to be in compliance with the new protocols. The protocols are

There is no need to upgrade to Yosemite. Based on your report I am assuming you are launching the application from the Dock. If you remove Logos from the Dock and launch it from the /Applications folder, it will launch successfully. You can then choose "Keep in Dock" again once Logos launches.

There is not a Logos.log in your log files, but it looks like the last version of the application launched was 6.3. Can you try downloading 6.4 from the link in this post ?

This has been fixed internally and will be fixed in the next update.
Are you using a Mac? This is strictly a problem with the Mac version of Logos 6. It is still present in 6.4 Beta 5. Neither Copy Bible Verse nor Replace with Passage work. This has been reported several time and acknowledged by FL, but no ETA for correction has been forthcoming. When we copy information to the clipboard (pasteboard) we provide several different formats: APXL for older versions of Pages/iWorks, RTF and plain text. Citations/references are added as footnotes in both the APXL and RTF content and appended to the end of the text for plain text. MS Word (Windows and Mac) supports footnote content in RTF and so it

There is an issue with some bad shortcut data from early versions of the application trying to load images that have not existed for a long time. This issue will be fixed in Beta 2, sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Thanks. I've heard that for about 2 years. I would be incredibly thankful if someone from Logos would get to work on seeking Apple's answer to that...as I don't have that option.
Apple still has not published any information about the internal pasteboard format that they use within the updated iWorks applications.

Thank you for uploading your logs. Looking at the sample, it appears that the NSTextField/NSTextView controls from Apple did not recognize the mouse up so they are waiting for that event to occur. Does clicking twice in the text field allow you to edit the text normally?
