Thanks! That worked for me.

I'm using release 9.9.0.0007 of Logos and Monterey 12.0.1 on an M1 MacBook Pro from 2020. When typing in notes, whenever I type a lowercase 'f' the window toggles between maximized or not. So if I press it while not maximized, it maximizes the window and if I press it again, it goes back to normal. Anyone encounter this and know how to resolve it? I

How is the Greek Grammar Ontology prioritized by Logos or do I have to manually reference what I need in it?

In my case, the problem was that the downloaded book was somehow corrupted. Removing my downloaded books and then redownloading them fixed the issue for me.

When using the passage guide, some titles require that I have to hover over a title to see which series its from. Of course, this is not always possible like in the iPad app. For example, if the title "The Gospel of Matthew" is listed (from the New International Commentary), I have no idea which series its from by the title alone. Would it be possible

Ah, I see it now. Got it.... thanks!
It looks like the indexer is failing at the very last step of merging indexes. The easiest way to fix it (although it will require a complete reindex) is simply to wipe out the existing index by deleting this folder: C:\Users\schatzr\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\ujcnlvdh.qnv\LibraryIndex
Ok, thanks... This has been happening for me for the last few beta releases. My indexer nearly completes and then crashes (windows tells me that Logos has encountered an error and whether I want to close it or look online for a solution to the problem). I'm using Windows7. Logs attached. 0576.LogosIndexerError_ryanschatz.zip

I found this thing called the e100 reading plan, or the Essential 100 passages from the Bible. So I imported them into a verse list and assumed I could create a reading plan from it. However, I cannot figure out how to do it. Has anyone tried this?

Hmm... I enabled logging and now its downloading updates when I restarted. Go figure... when you start watching it, it behaves! :P

There was nothing in my Installers directory. I did try deleting the Updates*.db files to no avail... same problem.

Wait... I was able to find my Library/Application Support/Logos4 directory and grabbed the error log 5444.LogosError.log.zip

KS4J - Woops, sorry... I meant my OS X Mountain Lion copy won't update. Setting the update channel to default doesn't work either, and that path-- ~/Library/Application Support/Logos4/... doesn't exist for me.

My OS X Lion copy of beta 2 won't update. It shows an update is available when I type 'update now' in the command box, but no update downloads. Anyone else having the same problem?
My system has updated normally through all the beta releases. When something like that happens, just download

Woops... the text in the callout didn't print. If I click on the morphology in the info pane, it goes to a blank window with the morph term only in it and nothing more. If I hover, nothing appears. Works for Greek NT, not Hebrew OT.

I had to hack my registry using regedit to remove all Logos keys so that it would reinstall the prerequisites, but I was able to get mine back working too.
Please check your AV's quarantined files list and restore any Logos 4 files that have been quarantined. (Sorry that I can't provide instructions on how to do this; it is different for each AV program.)
Nothing quarantined by Trend Micro OfficeScan on my Win7 installation.
