I do not open to home page. I can't say if it will crash to blank layout. It hasn't the couple times I tried. But I don't try it every time.

I have found that when an iOS app is running slow, it is a memory problem. If I take the time to close opened apps, it immediately picks up the speed. I am sure you probably already tried this...

I get a crash with the following message every other time that I start Logos4. Sometimes it will crash twice before successfully starting the program. This happened on Beta 13 as well. I am using Lion. 6215.Archive.zip
I concur. Clearing my history made for much smoother navigating in all my panes.
If the History is 'closed', does it still slow things down? I had heard mention before that when opened it was a burden.
Don't need to wait - if you are comfortable doing a bit of hacking
I found that Maximizer was a pretty easy fix. That is what I used for the above screenshots.

Full screen for Logos4.
Could the Logos 4 Mac home page allow left/right swiping to scroll left/right through the pages of the Home Page?
It already works this way for me, except that it is backward from the way Lion and iOS work. Swiping should push the page...

As a side note to this, I have put a link to the logging folder on the Sidebar to make it quick to get to later.

Drag Logos to a separate desktop via Mission Control. Open Passage Analysis. Click on Version River. Click on any other option without selecting Bibles from drop down list. PA disappears to back somewhere. Open another. Same thing. Dock PA and try again. All windows disappear. However, Logos sometimes crashes and other times doesn't. I will post logs
Hi I am using Lion. I am able to toggle using a trackpad gesture between applications that have the full screen button at the bottom right corner of the window. At the moment Logos is missing that button. Could that be easily added? It would make a big improvement...
You can drag Logos to its own space and do the
Anyone running Lion with beta 12? Are there any know issues? Thanks
Downloaded this morning and installed this afternoon. (installed in under 10 minutes). Tried Logos and works like a champ. Maps seemed slow, but once Spotlight finished it was back to normal again.
Runs pretty good, but some sluggish on scrolling ..
More so than on Snow Leopard?
-
Dewayne- Do you have any other macs running snow leopard? Have you checked to see if Lion is a free download through the app store for those computers as well?
I only have one machine.
-
By free upgrade... you mean you purchased a computer recently with a "free upgrade" to Lion?
Yes. I bought mine a little over a week ago. I was concerned there would be paperwork, phone calls, etc... But in fact it wasn't much more than an iTunes purchase with a short verification of the serial number.
-
Lion has appeared in app store, check it out.
FYI, the free upgrade was painless and took about 3 minutes. It is all done online. Downloading now...
Dake's Annotated Reference Bible KJV Thompson Chain Reference Bible
Are these even available in Logos? I know at one time Thompson was available through E4. But I am not aware of Dake's.

Were there perhaps performance improvements made to scrolling in the latest Beta? I seem to have lost the slight lag at chapter breaks. I had no complaints before. There was only a slight pause. But now I no longer seem to have a use for my SSD drive. It seems that speed has picked up enough that I can't tell a difference between the SSD and the 7200
I can override and key the slide from the comfort of my pew. How luxurious!
I haven't been brave enough to try this yet. How well can the remote be trusted? Is there any lag?

We have the ability to link windows "A, B, C, D, E, and F". I would love to see added one more labelled "O" for offline syncing. There are times that I am reading a long article or even a book on my Mac that I would like to pick up and read later on my iPad, or maybe even my iPhone. If you open a book on the iOS device, it will pick up where you left
