  • LOGOS 4 COM API - Make more datatypes work with DataTypes.GetDataType

I'm using the API to get the names of all Bible books as follows (Delphi code) BibleData := LogosApp.DataTypes.GetDataType('Bible').Details as LogosBibleDataTypeDetails; I can then use FirstBook and NextBook to get a list of all books and I then drill into this to get the chapters for each book and verses for each chapter. In this way I can build a

Eric I don't think that I could specifically respond to your post without violating forum guidelines - something I try to avoid. I would imagine the specifics in your post are also too theological for here as well. I was merely commenting that trying to break someone's faith (whether I think it's misplaced or not) is not an I approach I would choose

I get the same results with my Vista PC :-( So far I have tried it on 3 PC's and 3 different printers, all with identical results. Aside from telling me that yours prints ok :-) can anyone suggest what might be wrong? Andy

  • Printing issue

Some of my resources contain graphics, but when I print a page with a graphic, the graphic does not print. For example, the Kairos workbook has graphics of Greek Crossword puzzles but these don't print, which makes them rather hard to do(!) Coupled with my problems with Logos 4 and printing (documented in the Logos 4 Beta forum) I find myself unable

Here's an interesting presentation by a Law Firm concerning Cloud Computing: http://www.secureit.com/resources/Cloud%20Computing%20Mills%20Nixon%20Peabody%205-09.pdf I have no objection to using Clouds per se. I may choose to set up, say, an EverNote account or a Google Mail account, which puts my data on the net. But I chose to do that. Logos4 should

It's a shame Melvyn hasn't given any specifics of what he used to do in Logos3 that he can't do in V4 - maybe some of the experienced V4 users could help him find a way to emulate them or be able to assure him that support for those features is coming... Wow. I go out for the evening and all these posts! Not bad for a 'silly' thread I will admit to rarely reading EULA and even the manuals (help file or printed) when it comes to using most software. If, however, I am using software that I feel might damage my computer (defrag, partition, encryption, system tweaks) I tend to be more careful. It's a bit

I know I do not deserve this description much of the time, but I am working on it... I often tell my colleagues to relax, that it is 'only software', especially when deadlines approach and the pressure is on. Compared
