I too am noticing some lag with scrolling. The only reason I am mentioning it is because I was not previously experiencing lag. It seems unique to Alpha 21. I'm sure it will be remedied shortly. Blessings, Pastor C Devin Chaulk

1. New International Biblical Commentary resource "1 and 2 Peter and Jude" does not respond as if it is part of the NIBC series. If I link a Bible to my NIBC resource while in Matthew, then change my Bible to a passage in 1 Peter, the NIBC series does not follow to 1 Peter (or 2 Peter or Jude). I have to open up "1 and 2 Peter and Jude" separately,

To prioritize the 17 volumes, I right-clicked one of the NIBC books and selected "Prioritize this series." I tried doing an "update resources" command and it told me there were no available updates. No luck yet.

I accidentally deleted my whole library. Ugh. It is re-downloading now. I guess I need to read the instructions a little closer.
-
How do I find the version date of a resource?
-
Thanks very much Jannie. When I restarted L4M, it said "Preparing your library." Was this what you were looking for? In any case, 1 and 2 Peter and Jude are now included in the NIBC series, and consequentially, the NIBC series behaves properly when switching to applicable text in a linked Bible. Although, when I search "NIBC" in my library, it still

I use L4 Mac Beta for absolutely all my sermon prep and devotional reading. It is a blessing.

I am considering upgrading from Scholar's to Scholar's Silver. One of the major selling points for me (in addition to the New American Commentary Series) is the 77 volume Pulpit Commentary Series. Does anybody have experience with the print or digital version of this series? How helpful are the homelies in your sermon prep? Do you recommend this commentary

I am aware of the issue of hyperlinking in Microsoft Word for Mac. I'm working around that. My problem is as follows: I am working on an assignment for my 3rd semester of Greek at Moody Theological Seminary. I want to hyperlink to the "Version River" I have created within the "Passage Analysis" tool. When I copy the hyperlink location, this is what

Will do! Thanks Kevin.

Hello everybody, I have been an avid reader of the forum since purchasing Logos 4 Mac, and it has been very helpful. So, I decided I'd get more involved. I'm introducing myself. Hi. I'm Devin. I'm 30, married, and I am a Master of Divinity student at Moody Theological Seminary in Chicago. I use Logos every time I write a paper, do my devotions, or prepare

Tom, I am a MAC only user. I have experienced it after loading a saved layout, or when starting from a blank slate (which is actually one of my saved layouts). When I get a chance, I'll send over logs and hopefully contribute rather than just complain. Thanks for all the hard work. I love this program and look forward to further developments. C Devin

Tom, Here it is! Sorry it took me so long to get this to you. I hope it helps. Let me know if there is anything else you need from me. I am a Mac only user of L4 on a Mac 2,1 machine. 2.0 Ghz, Snow Leopard 10.6.2, 2GB RAM (which I recently installed myself, originally 1 GB). 16404.Archive.zip

Thanks for all your help. I've decided to grow a beard. I hope my wife doesn't mind.

Hahaha. You're right. That was exactly the problem. I couldn't see the text box. Problem solved.
