I bought an Icarus illumina XL which is an 8" e-ink reader running android. I loaded Logos and it works AWESOME! The only think from making this a flawless experience is some kind of bold font feature. I like the font that Logos uses but it's a little "light" on my e-ink device. I took some screenshots to show you what I mean. In the illumina device

Why does android have the ability to zoom on a map or image but iOS does not? Logos really really needs to get this implemented...
This thread is 5 years old... it's usually a good idea to create a new one. :) Exactly which resource and image are you referring to? Many resources

I know the thread is old but I just thought this was just a feature iOS doesn't have... Zoom doesn't work in at least the following: Most importantly the Zondervan Encyclopedia of the Bible 5 Volume Set But also... Holman Bible Atlas New Bible Atlas Rose Then and Now Bible Atlas ... Even if you don't have high res vector files it would still be of use

Any clue why my search for "money" (or any other keywords for that matter) is causing the result in the "Your Books" section? I'm on the latest version of Logos 6. Logos Bible Software 6.6 SR-2 6.6.0.0069

Some clarification from Logos would be nice then.

Where does it say you get all the datasets in Logos?

I do not plan on subscribing to Now as it doesn't offer anything I need. But let me offer up a suggestion. With the negative feedback regarding this Now subscription I suggest Logos should simplify. In my opinion the Now subscription is just one more confusion thrown into the mix. Imagine a new Logos user trying to figure out... okay, I need the engine

What about personal books? Where do they get stored?
-
If you click the phone number on the main page a dropdown occurs and it says they are open until 9pm PST which I believe is incorrect.

A basic search in Logos spits out everything in a giant list. There are three options to sort by: ranked, by resource, count. I think it would be very useful to also have a "by resource type" which would then create a segregated list of different resource types matching my search. For example, if I search "Christ" then it would show: Bibles: > NIV

I find it hard to believe that a decent commentary like pillar for example is only good for ten years. I understand how there can be new insights in a commentary from 2000 versus 1850 but let's be realistic. Beyond that a respected commentary should rarely be 'outdated' unless it was introducing unbiblical ideas.

WOAH! No joke? Everything I make in logos is auto cloud stored? That is incredible! Little things like this excite me.[<:o)]

Where does Logos store notes and other user created content? If I buy a new computer or perform a reformat how do I get all of that content I created back?
-
Is there a way in Logos to see all the resources on a particular topic neatly organized? For example... I type "Justin Martyr" in basic search and get everything in one giant list but it's hard to sort through. Logos doesn't group any of the resources (ex., dictionaries, encyclopedias, etc). I type "Justin Martyr" into factbook and it gets closer to
The mistake I made in seminary was going digital with my library...that is one decision that I do regret.
I have not attended seminary and so I am curious, what did you not like about a digital library? I have some duplicate resources - in both physical format and on Logos and I find the ability to simply click on

I personally think Logos makes the whole upgrade process very confusing. I understand it now but a year ago I had the same feelings as Larry. Maybe the best thing for Logos to do is divorce these packages from the updated software. Make the software versions available for free immediately but

Can anyone recall if Logos 5 offered a crossgrade or is this something new? I am trying to find out if discounts based on owned media are based solely on "resources" owned or also take into account "media" and "data sets" owned. So for example, if Logos 7 offers a data set that I already owned from Logos 6, is it fair to assume that a Logos 7 crossgrade
