  • Re: Salvation PRIOR to vs AFTER Christ's Incarnation

Hi Rick. I think your question is warranted because it caters to understanding better how God relates to humanity. This certainly includes the history of God's relationship to humanity and it is relevant to whatever might be claimed with regard to a theology based on the NT alone without consideration for this broader context. For instance, one may

  • Re: What is MJ up to now???

Not a little thing in my estimation but probably the #1 improvement I'd like to see: either no delay or considerably shorter one in autolists population. Another not so small thing, keep developing the search side-panel templates for more options, flexibility and ability to conduct powerful searches. A small thing: implement default styling per notebook

Thanks Philana. It's too convoluted to use with my work flow. I appreciate the suggestion though and still hope that there will be at some point an ability to set defaults per notebook.

  • BUG: change of annotation icon/style often freezes or crashes L8

Am I the only one experiencing this? I often have to change the colour and highlight style of annotations depending on what collection I associate them (while hoping that someday FL will implement style that sticks to specific notebooks). Often, when I do, L8 lags and sometimes even crashes.

I don't know if it's normal that the font was not installed in Logos 8 (Windows). If it's not, it's a bug and it would be good to hear from others whether they have it. If it is not installed by default, then it would be good to fix that in the next release as it is a really nice font imo.

Thanks. It did not look the same and when I looked in the program settings, Sirba GRK was not one of the options. I downloaded and installed it manually.

  • What is the default font?

I really like the default font used on app.logos.com and would like to use it in the desktop app as well. Which font is it?

  • Give access to Mobile Ed courses materials

In postsecondary education, teachers are allowed to distribute certain materials as course readings without violation of copyright. In the Mobile Ed courses I have done, there are frequently links to recommended articles. I have been fortunate enough to own many of them but would have been interested in reading the others. I can also sympathize with

  • CSB audio app verse highlight and scrolling style

I really like the way that the CSB audio app scrolls and highlights verses (see https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tecarta.CSBStudyBible&hl=en ). The entire verse being read is highlighted in light grey. I find that it brings it in much better focus than the methods logos have used (the flashing circle or moving dot under words). I think

Imo, there is no current tool in Logos that really caters to the Synoptic Gospel question. Sure one can use parallel gospels (not harmonies) to compare pericopes but that means doing all the leg work oneself. What is needed is an interactive or tool in which the work that has ALREADY been done by many scholars is made accessible to all. It should allow

Perhaps this can help? Now of course, I do know that a word meaning and usage is not necessarily the same as that of its ethymology. However, in this case, there is a direct line of descent and direct relationship to the social evolution of this language. In the last decades, the process with the growing adoption of vulgarity in English is often as

Matthew 12:36-37; 7:15-23. This applies equally to the author of the title discussed and to everyone myself included in this discussion.
