    JT I'm sorry you've been confused by my statement. Let me try and clarify for you. I have a number of Logos base packages (inc L6 Gold & L8 Reformed) I also subscribe to Faithlife Connect Essentials (no library) I do not have a subscription that has expired I know there are monthly trial resources available. Unless they are downloaded automatically

    Hi Linda thanks, that helps. unfortunately it has given me some bad news: I see I have 169 temporary licenses.... these include 7 of Grant Osborne's "verse by verse" commentaries, which I had no idea were temporary licences. Some like the NT176/211 courses and the various datasets I recognise as temporary, as FL Essential subscribers only have them

    Kevin I tried opening it using a previously created layout - in this case a layout i created for books on Matthew. When that particular error was displayed, I searched for the book in the library, however it was no longer listed in the library (not surprising if the message says it "..is no longer in your library" Colin

    I use a 3-monitor setup on my 10+year old system, running on Windows 10 (not quite the latest update) and it works very well for me. The graphics card is AMD Radeon 5700 based - again fairly old but has performed more than adequately. I've not used the larger curved monitors on my setup, but would support the suggestion of getting the highest possible

    I know this has - inter alia - to do with publisher's rights, but I still find it frustrating that a product is marketed to users and when someone (like me, in Australia) orders the item, it gets put in the shopping cart with a message "unable to distribute... to your country" The latest occurrence of this for me relates to John Stott's free book (2012

    Jennifer, when accessing the link you provided, the shopcart displays the "Subscriber-access update to Logos/Verbum 8" line item, but with a $3000 (US) price tag. I am logged in with the account on which I am a registered as a FL Connect Essentials (no Library) Can you assist?

    Folks, for those interested, one of the better options is to backup the Documents folder in your Logos folder to another place regularly - of course won't prevent the above from happening. T he documents folder includes all the tags, highlighting, notes etc, so its a good folder to have safe an secure Remember also that if you're on-line, Logos regularly

    Evening all (I've tried to search on the forums under "notes", "documents" etc but get an error message saying "Sorry, there was a problem with your last request! Either the site is offline or an unhandled error occurred. We apologize and have logged the error. Please try your request again ......"... needless to say the "try again" does not work either

    Hi. How do I go about "de-activating" a particular Logos product so that it can be used by someone else? Is this something only Logos accounts/support dept can do? (There is an online activation tool (logos.com/redeem) which I think will do the trick once the product has been deactivated on the initial owner's computer) Blessings Colin

I have now managed t resolve this issue - not by finding what caused the problem, but by doing what I did not want to do: a complete reinstall of Logos followed by the whole reindexing process.
