We will notify everyone who has placed a pre-order so far to give them the chance to cancel if they don't approve of the price.
If we already pre-ordered it at one price, shouldn't that price be honored? I know our card was not charged, but is there not some form of agreement that Logos should honor here?

There are a few others that I didn't care as much about, but I am excited. I was happy to see that I got this for $384, even though I only owned one volume of TJL, the Semeia series, and Religious and Theological Abstracts.
This doesn't make sense to me. I own Volumes 1-15 already of
The pricing will almost certainly go up when new journals are added. What will happen is that this collection will be retired, and a new, larger collection will be created in its place. if you purchase this one, you'll get dynamic pricing on the next.
Hmm... usually when I buy something and then buy a larger collection

Looks like Logos was unable to get the rights to many of the Galaxie published journals. Not having JETS is huge. Missing The Journal for Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, Tyndale Bulletin, and WTJ which I also want. Some nice additions, but no JETS. Not good. I hope the door isn't completely closed.

I believe the following are in this set and were not in the Galaxie volumes: Biblical Archaeologist/ Near Eastern Archaeology Bulletin of ASOR Conservative Theological Journal / Journal of Dispensational Theology Conspectus: Journal of the South AFrican Theological Seminary Critical Review of Books in Religion (1988-1998) Ex Auditu vols 24-28 Filologia

  • Large Font Search Results Analysis Illegible

I will often use a large font size when using Logos in the classroom, but I cannot do this for an Analysis view of search results, because the line height is too small to show the words. This is unfortunate, because there are many times I would like to show results like this in a classroom.

  • Re: Christmas Credit in 2014?
Maybe they could do a Christmas credit on Lexham products, specifically m.Ed. Or just an across the board 70% off all Lexham titles. A grand Christmas showcase of Logos productions!
Meh. None of the items I have my eyes on are Lexham products.

  • Re: Bible Word Study: Textual Search doesn't search Loeb volumes?
This seems like a good idea; how would you suggest we group these other texts? As "Loeb", or in author/title-specific groupings, like we do for the existing collections?
So is this going to happen???

  • Christmas Credit in 2014?

Logos had a great promotion in 2011 , where they would match a certain percentage of your purchases at Christmastime. I wish I had taken better advantage of it at the time. Every year now I get hesitant to make purchases at this time of year, thinking that if I spend all my money now and they do the Christmas credit promo again I won't have any money

This post has been dead for a while, but I imagine I'm not alone in still longing to see Watts' book come to Logos!

  • Re: Website New Look

The fact that I have to click on "Pay in Full" to see the price of an item is really annoying. Aren't most purchases paid in full? If so, that's what should show by default. Adding an extra click for every item I look at just frustrates me as a customer.

  • Searching Notes is Difficult!

Currently if I search a particular notes file, any notes that do not have the word I am searching for will become hidden. This is helpful, but some of my individual notes go on for multiple paragraphs. I then have to scan through that note to try to find the word I am searching for. If Logos would just highlight the word it would do wonders for me.

  • Re: Bible Word Study: Textual Search doesn't search Loeb volumes?

I would have a Loeb Classical Library: Greek collection and a Loeb Classical Library: Latin collection. Eventually I hope my Loeb Classical Library will be pretty large, so separating them out I would find to be more annoying than helpful.

  • Re: Bible Word Study: Textual Search doesn't search Loeb volumes?

Is there a way to edit Bible Word Study so it automatically searches a collection I've created? Again, I think it is so important to make the Loeb volumes searchable, and I'm disappointed that I can't find a way of automating this.

  • German Bible Society Bundle

I am happy to see the German Bible Society Bundle on sale with the Back-to-School 2014 sale. Anyone have thoughts on how important of a resource this is? It's always been frustrating to me that I have to pull out a hardcopy of a Hebrew or Greek Bible when I want an apparatus, but so far that hasn't been often enough that I've been able to justify spending

  • Re: Does the Theological Journal Library ever go on sale?

Am I seeing correctly that this is now on sale? I own one volume so my dynamic pricing is kicking in, but the price shows up as $35.50 less than it was last time I checked and there is a "Sale" triangle in the corner. Does anyone know anything about this sale? How long will it last? And is this our last chance to pick up this library before Logos stops

  • Re: Critical website error - logos this is costing you money.

I don't think it was that long. They were tweaking the dynamic pricing formula for a while. At first they didn't have dynamic pricing working at all. I think someone tried to fix it - likely right as we were checking out these offers - and fixed it wrong.
