  • synch issues

    I am having problems getting my laptop to synch with this Sunday's presentation. As my laptop is the main device for the presentation, I really need to be able to synch everyone else's work. I can view the presentation on my ipad but not on my laptop. The message that I get is, "an error occurred synch please try again later" or something along that

    Thanks Richard, I have searched in vain for a technical support phone number. We went live for the first time last night and the program locked up. Then the presentation erased itself. Today, we began building another presentation. After getting it together, We could not access it with another computer as it was not listed in the presentations list

  • is there anybody out there?

    How do you get in touch with these people? We are having serious issues with proclaim -it is not super simple - and there are no customer support numbers or anyone to help solve our issues. Hope it improves but as of now, this is the worst service I have ever seen.
