I am building a fence so please give them to me?
Aren't Christians supposed to build bridges rather then fences?
Anyone ever notice how close the word "fences" is to the word "feces"? They're like...just one letter apart!

Run a passage guide on Matthew 13
I'm lazy, I prefer to walk.
Well, maybe you can walk the walk, but can you talk the talk? We are supposed to Christians after all....
I wonder how you delete a thread (along with the post count)!
Perhaps you should let someone else count threads and worry about deleting the post in your own post!! See Matt. 19
By the way, I would like to report a bug. Damian bugs me.
Speaking of bugs, I think it would be a great idea if Logos tapped into my laptop microphone and listened to my ranting and raving about issues small and great so that I wouldn't have to bother typing my suggestions here in the forum. Yeah...that would be

But Rosie, you've already DONE IT! I even get "the finger" when I hover over it!
-
Thanks, Richard...one less things to worry about!
-
Now, that's a really good way to look at it, and an interesting idea! Though I could "afford" to pay the full $2000 for the bundle, I'd certainly prefer not to. I'd already ordered it because (a) I'm lusting after it, and (b) I figure the sooner they reach the number of pre-pub orders they need to make it profitable for them

In another post in another thread, I asked the question: If you had 100 Logos users in a room, how many will be buying the Z collection at $2000? Five? Drop the price to $500. Now how many will buy it? 25-50? Let's keep in mind that 100-200 lbs. of paper isn't changing hands here. Is it better to sell 1 collection at $2000 or sell 4 collections at

I completely concur...the accumulation is unnecessary, wasteful, and tedious. I think the MS way is that it can save every 5 min (or whatever length is chosen) but it saves OVER the previous save, its purpose being simply to get you back to the most recent "unsaved" save in case of mishap or whatever. That would suit me fine, but an option to save all

Mishnah and Talmud! Mishnah and Talmud! YES! Mainly because they are so often referenced without giving the actual quote, and when the quote is given you still don't have the benefit of context. I have hardback bits and pieces, but an e-version would be rockin! A quick search disclosed that Logos does have the Neusner version of the Mishna, but some
It would be convenient, but since you can open the resources anyway with a few clicks it doesn't seem like it should be very high on their "To Do" list. (Sorry, I have to lobby for my suggestions to get done first.)
Copleston and Reid?? LOL...gimme a break!
-
Not to mention the Ugaritic and Akkadian references available in the Portfolio! I bought those primarily to work as linkage references in resources like ABD. Logos, please give ABD a makeover! Thanks.

Isn't the Prefer List essentially a "set it and forget it" menu? Not that I'm begrudging those who want this feature, but I asked for a similar feature for the Library (something I open up ALL THE TIME and am invariably overwhelmed by)...essentially a Folders and Sub-folders option to "physically manage" the absurdity that is 2,500 resources. I don

These sound like good suggestions.
-
I don't see that option in my ProgSet menu...I wonder why not? Any ideas?
-
My main suggestion regarding the drop down menu is that the highlighting choices be moved to the top of the menu, ABOVE the solid colors for sure. Many of us have used the highlighting "pens" for years and are expecting those to port over from L3. Since they have been our mark-up choice for so long, they should be at the top so that we don't have to

I remember many years ago seeing Hastings Encyclopedia of Religion go on PrePub and it just sat there. That truly astonished me, because I have never come across a work so jam packed with interesting and useful material. Hastings also wrote a Dictionary, and it likewise is has great articles with excellent information. They were produced around the

I completely agree that we all should be able to get along, especially if we are claiming to be in His Body. Yet different people have different perspectives, and sometimes looking at a given issue from another's perspective may lead us to change our own. And sometimes not. Whatever the case, we are told to "judge all things" and do so without passing

Something I noticed about the Anchor dictionary is that the only live hotlinks in it are Bible verses. Even when it mentions other resources that I have in my Library, those links are dead. That really surprised me, and it is disappointing. One of the main reasons I bought Portfolio and other resources is not so much that I plan to read them individually
