Hi G, When you say,
I only get that string when I click on the "Copy location as" L4 tag in the tab/panel’s menu.
"clicking refers to mouse click--right? Assuming so, it sounds like you have a third-party application hijacking the Ctrl+Alt+C hotkey. I would follow the advice in the reply here with the check next to see

    Hi PJ,
Ctrl+Alt+C does not for me pick up the citation/reference.
What are you anticipating will be pasted when pressing Ctrl+Alt+C in the Tanakh and pressing Ctrl+V in Word? Neither of your examples of "Styled" and "Lines" are what is expected to be pasted when copying the L4 link style using Ctrl+Alt+C and pasting into a word

Hi Rev, I have a report from a customer having this problem when two Notes are occupying the same panel. Can can you export (from the file menu) of the hardware and OS information from your System window ( https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/300887/description-of-microsoft-system-information-msinfo32-tool ), and the GPU information from DXDiag

Hi Rev. Thomas, Does this happen when both sermons are in different panels rather than one? Click and drag the tab of one of the Sermon editor tabs to the left or right and centered vertically in the window. You should see a dark rectangle overlay appear indicating the space the panel will take up once you release the mouse button. Then release the

Hi Hans, The license for this particular feature is not in the package you've purchased and as a result is not in your account. That is why you're not seeing it in resources.

You probably need to give Logos permissions in macOS' Security and Privacy settings section for Calendars. https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/change-privacy-preferences-on-mac-mh32356/mac

  • Re: Need Help Organizing My Notes/Highlights/Tags

You can create Notebooks in the Note tool, and assign certain Highlight Palette's to that notebook as well. This provides the added benefit of making highlights aimed at whatever category you have them assigned to something you can disable and enable in resources. https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016517891-Highlighting#h_c0264c8d-6fbf

Thanks John. I'll write my case with this information. Can you setup the Notes tool such that all future highlights using this palette are being added to a specific notebook and give me that name? I want to give them that information in case it's needed. I don't know that they will need to avoid future "correctly placed highlights", but if so it will
As far as other styles, yes, every other highlight style in this resource has been affected. I'll need to know at least the names of the Palettes affected but possibly the individual style names too. I'll probably contact

Hi John, I'm very sorry this happened. I'm going to write a case for development (linking to this thread) to investigate the shift. Is this behavior only occurring in this particular resource, and only with this style or are there other resources and styles displaying the shift?

  • Re: Search within LES "Prophetic books" returns no results from Ezekiel

There's a problem with the "table" related to "Prophetic Books" filter for the LES. A case has been made to fix the error. In the meantime removing that particular filter (which is likely already apparent) from the query will display hits from Ezekiel. There is a "Major Prophets" filter that Ezekiel is recognized in.

This is the best next step. Without witnessing the behavior it's hard to know whether it is anomalous or not. It will also make it much easier for anyone with the same resources to attempt to replicate the behavior with the steps represented on screen. This article shows you how to use Windows' "Xbox Game Bar" to record your screen. https://support

Hi Tim, The Treasure of Scripture Knowledge is working as expected. We were unable to make corrections to the older resource (LLS:26.0.1), and so instead, it was replaced by the later resource (LLS:TSK2008). There is no value in seeing LLS:26.0.1 in your library if you also own LLS:TSK2008, and so we hide the old one if you own both. Hidden resources

Hi David, Your log file indicates that there is a 34 second delay between the time when you try to start the application and when the application first gets the chance to log the first line of the log file. There is very little that actually occurs in the period of time that is dependent on the Logos application. This usually indicates that something
