When you are trying to ascertain which is the active window are you guys having the windows floating or do you try to keep them within the constraints of the primary window? Nor does Pages have any auto-save feature which, despite my knowledge that I should always be saving, is pretty silly considering every other word document program (Even Google docs) has the feature. That by itself is my reason for not using iWork.

Five chapters is a lot of information to break down and analyze with how much Logos 4 does from the Homepage. I'd think you'd have to have a quad core and 4-6gb of RAM to really do that in any decent amount of time. I'd also be quite surprised if Libronix could do the same amount of grunt work in any less time.
