I figure it would be a good resource when it comes to Islamic studies and dialogue with Muslims, and I would add my vote to those suggesting this being a part of Logos/Verbum

  • Re: OS X El Capitan (to upgrade or not to upgrade)

When I first upgraded, I had thought that Logos needed to fix a problem with how it handled Split View. But by the end of the day, I discovered the problem was with Apple's Split View itself—it's vastly inferior to how Windows handles it. I haven't encountered any of the other problems mentioned, but I suspect that is because I am a novice when it comes

  • Re: El-Capitan

EDIT: Ok. Apologies here. I see it was my misunderstanding of how Split view worked. When I create a floating window and have the program I want to split with up and running, it seems to work like your picture shows. Unfortunately, when I want to use Verbum without the floating window, whatever text I open shows only half the split screen. If there

Not too impressed with the split screen as employed by Verbum. Here's the basic attempt to use it: http://i.imgur.com/WxIwOQZ.png Now I can get it looking good when I create a free floating window, but then, as soon as I try to click on the text it snaps back to full screen. Something to consider for the next patch (unless anybody in the community knows

So this is probably a "stupidly obvious" question, but I assume you will have things working by the time El Capitan comes out?

  • Update Download Resets to Zero from 100%

Like the title says. When I get to 100% of the download, it becomes 0%. Unfortunately (and I don't know if this is a problem with Safari or with your forum), it will not let me attach logs.

[quote user="Dylan Rondeau"] Hi Rafe, I just added a note about this possibility to the forum post and release notes. You'll need to force quit the app, and then delete the Dock icon. Then drag the application from the Applications folder to the Dock to create a new one, and everything will open properly. This happened due to a change in the framework

  • SUGGESTION: "The Gift of Infallibility" by Bishop Vincent Ferrer Gasser

I found the book "The Gift of Infallibility" written by Bishop Vincent Ferrer Gasser during the First Vatican Council to be very informative, and would like to see it treated with the Verbum/Logos approach.
