    JT, I did reset my workspace. My primary use of Logos is through my mobile devices and the uninstall and reinstall made Logos much more stable but still intermittent crashes. I am not really a Forum type of person but I had to check today since I couldn’t get Logos to start up on my ipad. I once again did the uninstall and reinstall this morning

    Just updated my iPad and start crashes over and over. This is not a new issue and last time I did an uninstall and that fixed the issue. Looks like another round. Even before I did the iOS update last night I would get infrequent crashes. At church or needing to use a Bible program in public I would use something other than Logos. Nothing worse than

    I deleted the Logos app and reinstalled it with the bulk of my library as well. As of yet I have not encountered any of the freezing issues as mentioned in this thread. For the few others who have been experiencing this same issue, I want to let you know that my issue seems to be resolved with a clean installation of the app. Kind of weird because everything

    Hey Todd, I can confirm that the resources are showing as downloaded in both places. I have reinstalled the app on my phone and after I have ample opportunity to check things out, I will let you know how things go. I have been a Logos/Libronix user since the mid 90's I think.     Hey JT. I haven't heard of any limitations on how many resources before. Is this information on the Logos website? Also with 2930 resources on each of my mobile devices, it will be quicker to delete the app and reinstall it, then add a limited amount of resources. I really enjoy having all of them on the device so when I travel I can scroll through

    Hey J.T. I don't normally use the paged view but I do remember having the issue there as well. I am using the latest IOS, 12.1.2. I have had the Logos app installed on my phone since I've had the phone, close to 2 years. I then downloaded most of my 2900 resources onto my phone and tablet. This issue started when the Logos 8 app first came out. I thought

    Graham, Once again, within 5 minutes my open resource hung up and here is the pic of the text being chopped where I cannot scroll any further. I hope the screen shots from my phone communicate what is happening. This issue has been persistent and makes reading books still doable but also frustrating. Thanks again for any input. Don

    Hi Graham, I have the resources downloaded to both my phone and tablet. I try to continue scrolling and this is a screen shot of it happening again. I try to scroll up but the bottom of the screen is blank and will not continue. This is the 2nd time in the last 20 minutes that I needed to stop the app, restart it, and then continue on. I hope this helps

  • Scrolling Issues on Ipad and Iphone

    Am I the only one to still have issues reading a book on either of my mobile devices? This has been an ongoing issue for me since the last major app update. What happens is that when I bring up a book to read and I scroll through, the book will stop at a point and I can not go any further. I will close the app and restart it and the problem is resolved

    I tried the Test Flight beta app and you need a code to start it up. I am waiting as well. Hoping it will be available before Bible study tonight but looking doubtful.

    Something about a code to get Test Flight working is missing in your post. I think I will wait for the update. Kind of a bummer because I normally use Logos for Wednesday night Bible study.

    Hey Tom, My 10 gig worth of data is now downloading. Not sure what happened but the fresh install seems to be working now. For me it is easier to uninstall and reinstall instead of getting log files and troubleshooting. It will take a bit to index but that's ok. Thanks for keeping tabs. Blessings, Don

    I uninstalled Logos and in the process of reinstalling. I got through the initial part and now I am seeing the same message box "Preparing your library". I thought I should have seen where it downloaded my 6-8 gig worth of data first. Not sure what is happening.
