Clint, As Justin pointed out, a plain text file will not provide a linkable solution. You can learn to create an HTML file which is plain text (i.e. a simple Webpage) to navigate to links in Logos. For instance i built a simple one here: Click to open this example webpage It has 2 links, the first one is to the link in your post, the second to the KJV

Thanks for the info!
Since they are certainly tagged with ISBN already within Logos' system, it is just a matter of a database lookup.
i don't see my library tagged with ISBN info in my library Where in our library do you find the ISBN?

Hi Integ, Merry Christmas! Thank you for helping my brothers & sisters who use Mac!
this only works in the Atlas
For those who are using Logos6/Verbum6 and have not purchased a Logos6 upgrade, i believe you will find that maps in Biblical Places still has this feature (measuring distances). Please try this on your Mac to
Cool app Steve. Glad I own a Mac, thoug. Don't need such a tool.
Sorry to hear that (you have a Mac) Just joking. My son has a Mac and is very happy with it.

After reading a post where the user was trying to determine where all his Logos/Verbum versions were installed on his computer, i built this small app which interrogates the registry for the current user. It runs on Windows computers which have .NET 4.5. (after the install, it places the program in Logos Tools->Logos Info . It will also be on your desktop

You are very welcome. Glad that you find LLR useful! P.S. if i were to add another sort method to the Book-Cover view of LLR, i probably would consider one that uses MyTags (books that you have added your own tags). Although many people with large libraries haven't tagged many of their books due to the large number of books in their library.

Hi c. Stutzman, Welcome to the forum!
It seem that the book covers are arranged in the order that the books were actually downloaded.
i use the order that Logos places them in your catalog. For the most part Logos arranges series together.
I have a few books of the NIGTC commentaries, and they

Mark,
The best option at the moment is this: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/94329.aspx, but we shouldn't need it.
You have a comma at the end of your link, it causes the browser to display an Access Denied webpage. Edit: here is your link corrected: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/94329.aspx here is where

i have decided not to build this tool. After spending considerable time coding & experimenting with Calibre, i ran into some obstacles which lead me to abandon the project.

Hi abondservant, Wonder if you could also contact me via email (see my email address in Yasmin's response ), thanks!

Hi Virgil,
Active links in Calibre that open the corresponding Logos resource would be a welcome feature.
i have not found a way that Calibre offers this feature (a link to open a book in Logos/Verbum). So as mentioned above, the program would just add book titles/authors/book-covers/Tags to your Calibre library
-
Yasmin, Could you reply to me via email? i have some questions about using Calibre (i am a newbe on Calibre). You seem to be a knowledgeable user. Edit: i was contacted, thank you!!!

bump -- for those who may not have seen this post. If you are interested in this feature being built, then reply to this post. Or if you have questions, then you can also reply to this post.

Checking to see if any of you LLR (Logos Library Reporter tool that i built) users are interested in me building a tool which adds books to Calibre . Calibre is a free tool found on the internet for tracking your Digital Library. Calibre already has a plugin which adds book info into Calibre, but it does not add book-cover images for these books. i

After reading about half of your OP i was lost on how it applied to Logos. Most of the time your Tips are quite useful in showing us how to use Logos. So i was surprised that this post was titled as a Tip.

how does this relate to the use of Logos/Verbum?

Sometimes i turn Off the popup info (in Program Settings) and just keep the INFO panel open with its setting set to On Click . That way i just click on a word and glance over to the Info panel to see pertinent info on that word.
Why? Is the pop-up window not useful enough? Or is it too far away
