Now it works fine
That is great to hear Mikko! After experimenting to figure out your problem, it seems that many of these search fields (as listed by Mr Roberts above ) may operate this way. Edit: for those who might be using LibreOffice or OpenOffice and cannot see my example above: i used this format for the search
Excellent example, Steve. Thanks!
Thanks Doc! Glad that you found it useful. It took me 30 minutes to figure this out and compose the reply. Hope others above and the many who have viewed it since my posting find it useful as well!

Perhaps this wiki article will help (fixed link: Delete a Reading Plan ) P.S. welcome to the forum!
Or maybe Steve Clark's Logos Library Reporter could be updated to show it, I suspect it's a join of 2 or 3 tables to produce the list?
Not going to happen. The Collections database primarily has the Rules (text string you type into the collection), which would mean that i would have to write code that mimicked the interpretations
The Problem: In the past, I was able to copy and paste the highlighted text into the note and Logos would automatically include the bibliographic information into the note. I also appreciated that Logos would automatically turn this bibliographic information into a hyperlink directly back to the copied text in the book. However

The Plus these Resources is not filtered by your filter string. If you remove the item in Plus these Resources and add the filter text for those commentaries before your current filter text. It will work. e.g. Current filter text: ANDNOT Mytag:GK (GK is my tag for Greek books) added the filter text for my collection 'All Bibles': Type:bible by adding

You can add a link in a note which which is used with the book that you want it tied to. (i.e. you add a note to Acts 1:2 and in that note you can add a link to another book). In your Bible you would need to click on that note indicator to open the Note document and Logos would open the Note document and position it to that specific note. From there
AFAIK the Factbook tool which unified the Biblical Persons/Places/Things/Events and added Topics/Cultural Concepts ... has everything that was in the old tool and more. Is there something specific that you think is now missing?
Perhaps Mike is referring to how L5's Bible Facts worked???
The diagrams
Can LOGOS books be read as e- books within the Vyrso apps, etc.?
on my Nexus tablet, i have a few Logos books downloaded in the Vyrso app and the Verbum app (i am not a verbum customer). Edit: i have 4 FL apps on my Nexus (Logos, Vyrso, Verbum, & Noet). i use 3 of them with split screen so that i have access to 6
I notice you published this under the Logos 6 Forum, so that difference would not have occurred to me.
Yes i have L6 (free engine), but don't have the datasets that came with L5 & L6. The cost was kinda steep for me. i am on a limited budget.
Again, thanks for the idea.
Glad you liked
Now that Speaker Labels are available in Logos, I thought of using that for a search, then applying a Red Foreground highlight style in a Visual Filter based on the search results. It works pretty well.
Well i am still running on a L4 license and don't have the right databases to do this. Also with your method, it might

Has anyone pulled down my Genesis HL nasb highlighting document and been able to view it in the NASB95? i am not sure that i have the FL group setup properly (i don't use groups that often). So i would appreciate anyone confirming that it is working!

Using the Highlighting Tool you can create a Text Red style (see below) in a new Palette. Once that you have created this style, then you could set that Palette to send all your red-lettering highlighting to a Specific note file (e.g. Red Letter NASB). Below is a screen-shot of my red-lettering for the NASB in Genesis. ( Click on the above image to
Is the resolution that way different than if you right click and "Send to Powerpoint"?
it was even a lower resolution when using Send to Powerpoint (at least in Logos 5 which i am running). (854 x 520)
Logos really shouldn't make it that difficult to get a simple map
You are right. It would be nice to always get the full resolution map when copying to the clipboard. For images that i want to copy/paste into a document, i generally use my CIV tool to zoom and crop the area that i need. Then do a screen capture and

generally if you use Logos' Print /Export feature and then copy the image from Word to the clipboard, you will get a higher resolution for your maps. See my directions in this CIV webpage and look in the 2nd Tab (Adding to Clipboard) and scroll down to Method 2 . Edit: Below are the same map from Logos. The first image of the map is 1000 x 609, while

i use Logos' Shortcuts bar I have 3 different Bible translations as 3 different shortcuts and very seldom type anything in the command box. P.S. You can click on the above image to have your browser zoom-in on the image.
Actually, even though I can find the bookmarks, I can't see how to set a new bookmark. Any suggestions?
You might check the wiki: Bookmarks It is a little out-dated as far as screen-shots, but it pretty much still works as explained.
