  • Confidence Monitor

Currently using a Mac Mini in the following configuration. Have HDMI out to monitor in sound room. Using mini display port to run projector at front of church. Wondering what the best way would be to add a large flat screen at the back of sanctuary to use as confidence monitor? Thanks

  • Sermon Recording Question

I have been having trouble hearing the output from the sermon recording. I have adjusted the signal input to be in the high yellow range and occasionally crossing over to red. Once they are recorded and published you can barely hear them. For an example check out http://bryannaz.org/audio.html I would assume with the input set that high it should be

  • Re: Proclaim and Mac mini

Scott, We have been running proclaim on a mac mini for 2 years now. Works great! We currently only use 1 projector and a monitor but are looking at adding another projector shortly. As far as the mini we have bumped the memory up to 8 gigs and will probably take it to 16 gig shortly (it runs fine now but we are using much more video) We will probably

  • Re: Proclaim will not open on my computer.

Same problem here I get" Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor". Hey! Proclaim how about updates only twice a month and that way you can make sure they work before sending them out. If you need to do them weekly send them out on Monday or as early in the week a possible. Fortunately for me I did not update on my laptop...so I

  • Re: Mac & PC

If your video is in pc format (wmv) it will not work properly on your Mac at the church. If you are using a Mac at the church it must be a .mov. All you will get is a blank screen. I had the same problem. Just use real player or some other program to convert the video to mov and it should work.

  • Re: 5 videos = 5 Errors

If you are running on a Windows PC Proclaim will not play .mov. .mov's only work on Macs at this time Use .wmv files if on a windows pc. At least that's what I was told a few weeks ago. Hope this helps

  • Re: Video problems

Ann, Thanks for the info I was playing them on a windows pc. I have quick time pro installed and assumed that proclaim would use the QT player to show them. I will convert them to media player compatible files. Thanks again Roger

  • Video problems

I am experiencing trouble adding videos. Some times it works and other times all I get is a grey screen with 0sec and when I try to play it nothing happens. Both videos are .mov files and were set to run locally. Both movies play normally in Quick Time. Any ideas? Roger

Proclaim crashes on pptx import as well. The local file only uses a file on your machine and does not sync it on the cloud

P.S. I had a hard time uninstalling Proclaim. I finally had to use a third party un-installer to get it off the machine. When I tried to uninstall in windows it would briefly flash a small window and then just sit there. All other software on the machine works fine. Thanks again

Scott, That was the message I received when I uninstalled and tried to download and re-install. I even went into the registry and removed all instances of Proclaim. Each time I download and go to install I get the contact vendor notification. This is the same machine with no changes that we had been evaluating Proclaim on. it crashed once and since
