Is there a way to sign out of your mobile app and sign in under a different user? Example is my wife has a logos account, and I have a logos account. I have a book she wants to read. Is there a way to sign out of hers and sign in under mine so she can read it from her tablet?
Hi Andrew, Switching between two (or more

Hi Tomi, Thanks for posting! It appears you have a free account and I'd so like to clear up some misinformation in this thread. 1) Free books bundled with the Faithlife apps cannot currently be removed or hidden from view unless you go offline and those books are not downloaded. 2) The LEB is downloaded by default in the Logos app and can't be removed

Here's one way to search the BDAG for a Greek word (online/offline): 1. Download the BDAG resource. 2. Download a Greek New Testament. 3. Go offline. 4. Open the BDAG to populate the Search panel resource list. 5. Open the Greek New Testament and long-press on a Greek Word, then tap Copy. 6. Open the Search panel and select "Basic Search" then tap on
Adoptable storage doesn't require root.
Hi Jan, True, but adoptable storage might not work on all Android devices and for those it does work on, you are leaving out the important fact that the SD Card can't be removed without possibly trashing Faithlife customer data. Not all of our customers are technical wizards with
If you have Android 6 or newer, you can enable adoptable storage to move all app data to SD. https://community.logos.com/forums/t/129132.aspx
Hi Jan, It's good of you to offer possible solutions but (as you know) Faithlife doesn't support rooted devices. If everything works for Davy Wang after following your suggestions

If possible, the preferred method is to first send us your app logs and then reinstall the app (if necessary). If the issue gets resolved by a reinstall of the app the logs won't be of any help. Previous logs get deleted after a reinstall.

There's a suggestion for it here: https://logosmobile.uservoice.com/forums/190765-logos-mobile-apps/suggestions/4317248-i-would-love-to-see-the-reverse-interlinear-featur .
This could be added as an option in the settings menu for a RI-enabled Bible.
Hi Mark, This is already supported on iOS: https://monosnap.com/file/tjye4zgyXSxcDkmaNkQ9fLq4JKO9do . However, it's not supported on Android devices and there isn't an ETA for if/when it might be.
So crashes in 5.15 when trying to change clipping document
Hi Mike, After quite a bit of fishing we were finally able to reproduce this issue, and a case has been written up. It would greatly help us (since you are a beta tester) to follow the instructions here when reporting a bug: https://community.logos.com/forums
I use an Ipad for traveling.
Hi Into Grace, Faithlife has always supported direct Mobile Ed media downloads on Apple and Android devices. Please watch this screencast: https://monosnap.com/file/HOtPjlOnSfaJ4lxcAm6waP2JB1CmEg 1. View the Mobile Ed resource in the Library. 2. Tap the circular "i" icon. 3. Tap the "Download

Unfortunately we no longer support our apps on iOS 7 or iOS 8. Please see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/124552.aspx for last year's announcement regarding iOS 7, and http://community.logos.com/forums/p/133038/864542.aspx for the iOS 8 announcement.

Hello, What version of iOS are you using, and which version of the app?
One more advantage to iOS you forgot to mention... for me this is by far the most important difference between the two apps currently: - Bible pop-ups can display multiple verses, as well as longer verses
Thanks for mentioning this, although multiple verses are only shown if the resource is downloaded on iOS.

Thanks for the report. There are four Chesterton Orthodoxy resources available and I'm able to reproduce the issue with the one highlighted in red - the others work fine for me. I've written up a case.

Thanks George, I'm able to reproduce the issue you are seeing in Paging view (non-Scrolling view) - this is a very good find.! I've written up a case for both iOS and Android since it occurs on both platforms. Still, I believe that the scrolling vs. non-scrolling issues are two unrelated problems, although they both relate to how text is displayed.
