Just pull your copy off the shelf and look it up- I'm not willing to pay some exuberant price.

We just need to get this resource up and running in Logos.

Lloyd- I learned a long time ago to setup my books by chapters- each chapter is a different file, then add them to the PBB build one at a time, if an error occurs it is easy to locate and fix. After this process I compile the chapter files into a single file source and rebuild the book. Yes I know it's tedious, but I have managed to have 98% of my PBB

I mark mine as if I was sitting across from someone teaching them or reading to them a portion of Scripture bringing their attention to the flow, ideas, change in thought, etc. This may sound strange but have found the 'propositional outline' in Logos generally follows my hilites. This is very helpful to readers, many begin to mark their own bibles
