Someone convince me that, with the historical problems inherent in their method, this is worth the cost.
I think of it like the Ancient Literature dataset or similar large datasets that group together related texts. It's then up to the scholar or reader to figure out if there might be a relationship or not, and if so, in
Thanks for FCS, Father! It's a killer resource to have in Logos/Verbum.
Glad you find it useful! The project for the book actually was a fruit of conversations with Andrew Jones about what type of resources / books Verbum might need!
RE: the "Today" button, I find that this morning (5/21/2021), when I click the Today link in LotH, it has no effect. If i manually enter "May 21" into the location/navigation box within the LotH resource itself, it likewise has no effect. However, if I enter "Easter Time 7 Fri" into the location/navigation box for LotH,

This is a great list, MJ, not just as punctual items, but also as examples of the types of projects that the Verbum team should be constantly pushing for! Thanks for putting this together!
I just finished the last of the videos! These are really excellent. I have used Logos/Verbum a long time yet I picked up a tip or two in every session, and the review was excellent as the material was presented very effectively!
Glad they were helpful! Tim
Hi Tim, to download all the videos, you can to to the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner to open up the resource menu, and then choose download

These have really helped me get some better mileage out of my Verbum collection.
Thanks Kevin! Glad to hear they have been helpful, and hope these ones will be as well. They vary by library. Plus, the Verbum 360 videos were done with the Verbum 7 libraries in mind, not the Verbum 8 libraries, so there may be some books that are missing, regardless of the Verbum 8 library you own.
I’ve only had the program for less than 3 weeks and I’m not sure how to find a tutorial about this particular process (didn’t know prioritizing is even a thing)
If you have a Verbum base package, you may have the Verbum 360 training videos in your library. That might be a good place to start, as it gives

One good way to investigate this type of question is by using Theological / Exegetical Dictionaries. Here is the entry from the New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology and Exegesis , for example:
Ναζαρηνός G3716 (Nazarēnos) and Ναζωραῖος G3717

  • Suggestion: Add "Text Size" slider to the Print/Export screen

Currently the Print/Export screen uses whatever size text you have displayed. Most of the time I find this isn't what I want. As I use a high-DPI monitor, I have to make the text bigger than normal, but that means I need to change the text size everytime I want to print out part of a book. I would love it if I could adjust the text size directly on

I have Verbum installed, so won't see this new feature for now, but it looks like a great idea! That being said, apart from the option to reset in the Program Settings, I would suggest considering: Making the Help Card available from the ... menu in the upper right. Integrating the videos also directly available in the "Help" resource, so that the cards

If I understand correctly, Martin wasn't asking how to open search, but how to search the Bible or resource you are currently using . Even with the new redesign of the Moibile App search interface in v8.7 this is still way too difficult to do. 99% of the time I search on the Mobile App, I want to search my current resource/Bible. • Re: Catholic academic, ordained ministers, professional laity please read and comment

MJ's proposal of an overarching datatype would be my suggestion on this as well. Whether it is worth your while is for your to consider, as I'm sure it would imply some work. But it would be useful information for many academic articles and papers, and might help you solve a difficulty of what to do with datatypes for lesser Magisterial documents. And
