I might not select an expression like "superpowers," but as the creator of a Bible study resource which is available for Logos, The New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge , I know that a careful study of Romans chapter 12 will lead to some very relevant material in the Bible. In particular, I enjoyed studying out by means of cross reference Bible study

I do not know what resources I have in a digital format, but I have collected hard copies of books on this subject over many years, though I've not added any recently. Here are the titles as these books stand in my bookcase: (1) David W. Clark (editor), Death-bed Scenes: or, Dying with and without religion: Designed to illustrate the truth and power
-
The description states these volumes contain pictures. Considering the age of the oldest works, they would not likely have anything in color. The most recent of the volumes might have some color. Looking at some of the sample pages provided, I saw some drawings and pictures.

Those were the days, indeed. I am thankful for all the resources I picked up, both old and new, for they have been a great blessing to me over these many years since. I then drove a little VW Beetle, and filled the back seat with boxes of books, and hauled them back to my apartment in Detroit quite a few times.

The Kurtz 3-volume work on the OT is included. That interests me because this author is frequently cited by George N. H. Peters in his three-volume work, The Theocratic Kingdom .

I have been hoping for some while that the Classic Studies on Baptism (42 volumes, $80) will reach the finish line while I'm still young enough to study them! https://www.logos.com/product/33657/classic-studies-on-baptism I believe we all ought to be vitally interested in the subject of baptism. I encountered the subject when I became a Christian as

I always enjoy the opportunity to add many volumes to my expanding Logos 6 library. It has nowhere near caught up to my print library I have on my shelves here at home. But the marvel of it is that I am now getting out of print works that I could not secure from bookstores. Years ago I made many trips to the Kregel Bookstore and the Baker Book House

I am delighted with my purchase of the "Methodist & Wesleyan Library Builder." I, for one, was pleased to finally get what I hope are the complete works of John Wesley (I missed getting these in Community Pricing, not knowing then how CP worked). Some say they are not so interested in getting public domain works. I think there is obviously much value
-
I am looking forward to receiving these Milton S. Terry volumes. Now if some of the other forgotten "sleepers" for which I've had my "bid" in in CP for what seems to be a long time could in effect be resurrected from the dead! The best Bible encyclopedia by far (McClintock and Strong's Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological, and Ecclesiastical Literature

Thank you for your kind comments, James Taylor. I forgot to mention in my prior post that I found additional references to figures of speech in some of E. W. Bullinger's other writings not found in either the Companion Bible or his extensive volume, Figures of Speech Used in the Bible . I found several good figure of speech identifications in Matthew
-
I am the culprit who spent a year to improve and extend and correct the Figures of Speech Index in Bullinger's work on the subject. What you have in my New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge is indeed the most complete collection of references to figures of speech found in the Bible ever produced. I have been working on extending the number of cross references

I, too, would love to see a Wesleyan/Methodist Base Package in Logos. Some of the desirable titles either are or have been in Community Pricing, but I missed some early on. I note that the recent announcement of an Anglican base package includes Wesley's writings, but that really ought to be, in my estimation, in a Wesleyan Methodist base package. There

For actual, real Bible study, I always start first with The New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge because it has the fullest available cross references available. It is very handy to have this resource available in Logos software. This resource lets the Bible explain itself, something the Bible does far better than most might suppose who have not fully

I am currently doing the final proof reading for my work. I just completed Matthew 20 last evening, and am ready to start Matthew 21 this morning. Once my work is completed, final negotiations for publication in electronic format will take place, and it proceeds from there. I believe my new work will eventually be made available in Logos, but that may

Dear Lynden, It said I needed to upgrade to Platinum. I followed your advice today and called. I was told it was certainly a strange error, for I indeed already have Platinum. Thank you for your assistance and encouragement.

My orders record shows that I received the SDA Platinum product on June 18, 2015. But today on my Logos "home page" (or whatever it's called), there is a last chance offer to get SDA Gold or Platinum. I clicked on the link, and it shows it will cost me just over $434 to upgrade to SDA Platinum. Is there an error somewhere in the system? That is what

This is a very good collection of English Bibles. I have several of these in hard copy and have used them, particularly Isaac Leeser's work. I have several of these in software format in another Bible software program, and find them useful and worthwhile. You likely can't beat the price of this collection. What is the point of having more Bible translations

The Logos Tech Support Department solved the problem by directly connecting to my computer and working their magic! Thanks to all who helped. The download that was repeatedly unsuccessful had to do with SR-3 I think. Now everything is working fine.

Logos 6 for the past week or so has repeatedly begun a download of 112.5 MB. When the download reaches 100% my Windows 7 Professional computer makes a strange warning sound, an off-pitch "clunk," and displays an error message which reads: Logos Bible Software Setup: The Installation of Logos Bible Software did not succeed. But in the past for the original

Kenute, if I understand how this all works, the bidding closes on this set of commentaries at noon today, Pacific time. That is 3:00 pm my Eastern Standard (Daylight Savings) time. If you get your bid in by that time, you will receive the set when it is published in Logos at the much lower Community Price. This usually takes some time, but that time
