You may also be interested in John Paul II's 1998 Encyclical Fides et Ratio. I don't believe it's available individually in Verbum/Logos but is part of this set: https://www.logos.com/product/15776/encyclicals-of-pope-john-paul-ii-and-pope-benedict-xvi Alan Schreck has a good summary and analysis in this volume: https://www.logos.com/product/45886/the

Everything seems to work as expected. I like it.

I tried searching License:Temporary ... no Mobile Ed showing up for me. Looks like Verbum Now is out.
-
Like the OP, I'm not seeing the course in the "Courses" sidebar. I do have two courses listed there that I purchased, but not the free one for the month. I'm a Verbum Now subscriber ... maybe it does not apply to us.

NIce! Works well for me. Easy to sign in, and had access to my Mobile Ed courses plus the freebees offered to all from the blog. I'll check in later with a report on the sync functionality.

[quote user="Sean"] ... at some point I'm sure there have been Catholic theologians who have examined the Christological issues it raised and interacted with them. That is something I'd like to read more about to get a more well-rounded understanding on the presence in the Eucharist. So, I'm looking for theological discussions of the topic from the

The book Steve mentions is excellent. Also, you would benefits from studying the Church Councils from Nicea (325) through Chalcedon (451). The individuals involved in those would give you insight into various Christological frameworks and the final definition of what the Catholic Church applies to Jesus Christ - fully God and fully man. A study of the

Yes, this would seem to be a great approach to H.S. Religious Ed programs. I passed this information along to some of the teachers in my area some time ago when it was first being promoted. I'm not sure that any have taken steps to adopt. I suspect there are financial limitations for schools.

Yep. It's working now. Thanks.

Ditto. Broken. Do you think we should start a new thread? BUG ....

Thanks for your help, Mark.

Augustine, I can only add another perspective to the very helpful comments by the others. That is, keep in mind that the cost is mostly influenced and proportional to the number of resources you purchase. Looking at it a different way, the basic core Verbum engine is free, the mobile versions of the Verbum application are free. What you are really paying

Working OK for me with Verbum and Windows 10. I have an i3 with only 4GB ram so I think it may be something else. Have you tried another start-up option? (Tommy Ball's comment above on the tools menu.) I always start with a blank layout. Verbum seems to load faster and then I go to a saved layout after that. It would be interesting to hear back from

I guess I was trying to go down the path, that if a person had a public domain book and turned it into a personal book I don't think it would count in terms of dynamic pricing, which would explain the OP concern/question. If they are not personal books but purchased through FaithLife then I understand the concern. ... it was the "public domain" part

Just curious ... When you say own public domain volumes, what does that mean? Personal Book?

Very good suggestion!
