• Re: Proclaim creating duplicate presentation names instead of merging content

Hi Mark, We deployed some changes yesterday for our back-end services related to sync which should address the issue you describe. We also expect to see improved performance for some other upload and syncing issues others have been experiencing, particularly during periods of heavy load like Sunday mornings. Please let us know if you continue to encounter

  • Re: Bug: "Application cannot be started"

Hi Rob and welcome to the forums, It appears that you are stuck on an obsolete version of Proclaim on your system, and possibly there are some older files cached in your IE browser that may be hindering any attempts to update. Please try these steps and see if they correct the problems you're having: Uninstall your current version of Proclaim from your

  • Re: How do I view the notes I write for each slide?

We are planning on having the ability to view your slide notes with the Proclaim Remote app, but sadly do not have that feature implemented yet. While I'm hoping we will include it in a near future update, I do not have a firm estimate about when we might expect to see it.

Hi Mark, After talking with you and getting your problem slide uploaded and synced successfully to your presentation from my Windows system, I am going to post your logs here along with the .jpg file so that our developers can have ready access to them to determine what the root cause of the issues might be. I will brief them about your other issues

    Hello David,
1. Will you be adding a feature that will allow custom animation? As it stands, without this feature, I will need to create 80-100 slides for a typical sermon as opposed to about 20 with the animation.
Our developers are currently looking into solutions for running native PowerPoint Presentations from

  • Re: Slide Transition from Blank or No Text Slide

Hi Joseph, After a little wider investigation, I have been able to duplicate some of the behavior you describe. There are times when the transition effects are not executed when switching in and out of the 'Blank' and 'No Text' Quick Screens, but it is erratic and differs between the Windows and Mac platforms and some transition effects will work on

  • Re: Can't add more slides to song

Hello Jason, and welcome to the forums! While there might be a technical limit on the number of characters that can be entered into the Lyrics edit box for a Song type of service item, in practical use it should be unlikely that you would ever max it out with even the longest song that may be out there that you would want to present. (Well, assuming

Hello Brian, I'm sorry for the troubles you encountered earlier this week, but am glad to hear you're loving Proclaim in spite of those bumps in the road. Hi Rick and welcome to the forums! Presently, our PowerPoint import feature does not support the ability to run the PowerPoint built animations. I can appreciate your frustration with the extra work needed to create the extra slides to make Proclaim present something similar to your animation effects, but what you did is our suggested work-around for

Hi Bill, I was able to reproduce the issue as you describe using one of the PowerPoint slide decks available from The Paperless Hymnal, and have logged a case for Development to investigate. I also discovered a possible work around for importing the PowerPoint slides into the correct sequence in Proclaim. First, prior to importing into Proclaim, 'Open
