I use Logos on both my iPad and my Pixel to do my daily readings. For some reason though my reading plan will not show up in the home page panel on my iPad. Works fine on Android. On my iPad I can access the reading plan, it shows up in the Bible as I read, but it isn’t listed in the list of reading plans to add to the home screen. (See attached

Is it possible to set a default notebook on Mobile (ipad)? I make a lot of “margin notes” as a read through scripture and keep them all in one notebook. I have to select the notebook though every time I add a note, which can get a bit combersome. This might already exists and I just can’t find it. Is there a way to set a default notebook

I am swithing to a Mac and since Logos is undoubtedly the most resource intensive program I use, I thought I'd turn here for advice. I've been used to a pretty well spec'd Surface Book for the past few years. (i7, 8gb, 256gb SSD). I really like the new Macbook, but I know it just has the core-m processor. How CPU intensive is logos? Will I be okay with

That was easy! Thank you!!

I am new to using iOS and a long time Android user, so I'm not sure if I'm not finding this setting, or if it's never been in iOS, or if it's just not here in Logos 8 for iOS. I really prefer to disable the "swipe to highlight" for many reasons. Mostly, because I find it easier to adjust my selection and then highlight rather than accidentally highlight

I have used notes functions for years in Logos and grown quite accustomed to how it works. One of my biggest usage of notes is to make my own "margin" notes for scripture and have always attached them to a reference so that they show up in any version of the Bible I'm using. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to attach a note to a reference

Do you think Logos could provide any assistance in this process? Also, Don, if we can individually demonstrate that we own a copy (or multiple copies!) of Bibles with the study notes in them would you consider distributing them directly?
-
Just curious if anything happened with this or if there is any possibility to distribute the PBB file for the notes that Don has?

Would be great to have the Narrative Lectionary available within Logos. It's a resource that's becoming more commonly used within some mainline churches. It's a resource designed to follow the church year but also provide worshipers with a better understanding of the narrative arc of scripture. You can learn more about the Narrative Lectionary and see

I've been using the visual copy tool a lot lately and really enjoy it. In fact some of the media features are one major reason I subscribed to Logos Now. A couple of suggestions I'd find very helpful. Ability to prioritize or select as favorite backgrounds. As I create visuals for a number of scripture slides I have to scroll to find the background

Thank you Eli!

Is there a way to set the default aspect ratio for Visual Copy to 4:3? It seems like every time I open Visual Copy it's reset to 16:9 aspect ratio and since all of our screens here would just handy to default Visual Copy to 4:3.

I see a lot of questions about send to Kindle, which I also have and am excited to test out. I wanted to take a moment and just say how excited I am to see this feature. I love having my resources in Logos but strongly prefer reading on my Kindle and am so excited to have this new "Send to Kindle" Feature. Even if not all books can be sent, I'll take

This PB is a collecting of sermons so there are multiple files and the issue is after building the book trying to update it with additional files. Randomly though I was trying today to reproduce this issue with a new PB and despite having tried it dozens of times before to rebuild the original book file today it worked. So I guess it's not an issue
It is quite common despite Logos' attempts to resolve it. So restart Logos and try again.
I have tested since restarting Logos and also did a full restart of my machine since my original attempt and still cannot rebuild the book.

Updated to 5.3 Beta 1 and uploaded my personal books. Today I went in to update one of the resources and add files and when attempting to build the book I receive an error, "Could not remove existing resource. Please close all other open panels and try again." I've triple checked and the resource is not open in any of my tabs. I'm wondering if this

Just wanted to follow up on this thread and share that one of the sale items right now actually does this rather well for NT texts. I just purchased The Bible Speaks Today and this resource has both commentary on texts as well as a separate section at the end with study guides for all of the texts in the NT. There are some themes discussed but it appears

I would also love to see this. I've looked for something similar with existing Logos resources and there's just not anything comparable available in Logos today. Would be great to have the Serendipity Bible notes available in Logos like other study Bibles that are offered.
-
Was hopeless for so long about NIB resources but now that the commentary and the dictionary are/will be shortly available on Logos I'd love to see the Study Bible make it into my library too!

Thanks for all of the suggestions so far. I've looked at all of them and am increasingly convinced that I really just need the Serendipity Bible to be in Logos! I have tons of commentaries and resources for ideas but really like the way the Serendipity Bible has some starter discussion questions alongside most sections of scripture that can be used
