I use logos on my Asus Transformer and have done so with both the stock firmware and custom ROMs with no issue. I am able to download books just fine. @ Micahel - have you signed up for an account? I'm guessing an account is required to download even free resources. @ Nathan - Have you tried clearing the data/cache for the application? Go to settings

For what it's worth. I'd take even read-only highlight and notes as an intermediate step. Even opening a note file in Split View would be helpful since I could use the notes I make on my desktop for teaching with my tablet. Although I'm on a tablet I don't mind not having a tablet specific interface right now. I get that Tablets are a small section

So according to the only thing I could find ( on App Store ) it just requires iOS 4 or above. Here are a couple of screenshots. You'll see no such menu there and the place where I'd expect some highlight settings just doesn't exist.

I've looked around for this answer about system requirements for certain features but can't find anything. I have Logos 2.0.2 on my iPod touch that is iOS 4.2.1 on an gen 3 iPod touch. I don't see any of the program features for viewing or creating notes and highlighting. Is my device just too old?

That makes me want to buy an iPad! I love Android though... just wish Logos was at feature parity.

I'm just curious... I am increasingly taking my own notes right in Logos (this is the point of having a study program with notes after all) that I would use for teaching a class on a text or expository style preaching. I've struggled with having good ways of having this available for presentation and my best idea is to use the split view on my tablet

I agree - having the Sermon File is a super helpful feature for regular preachers who want to keep everything organized in L4 and a great resource for doing sermon research... even if it is just remembering what you said last time! A PBB tutorial would certainly be helpful but obviously would still need some of the other meta-data that goes with sermons

So here is part of the official reply, " We cannot give you full credit, since the product was purchased 5 years ago and is still usable in the original software. Also, many of the features from the Sermon File Addin are now found in the free Personal Book Builder in Logos 4." So to Bob's own point... if we can have some templates and how-to docs, while

Just called them and was told it was purchased a long time ago (as would be the case with anyone who purchased this module) and that if I had feedback I should use the suggestion e-mail address. Essentially I was told that they are working on this, it was an add-in not a book and there wasn't anything that could be done about it. I suggested they consider

I found questions opposite this... but not this. I am trying to print my handout to a printer that automatically handles duplex printing. It seems that the Handout module is designed to print one side, wait for you to flip the paper, then print the other side. (Probably to fix this: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/5628/43679.aspx#43679 ) The problem

Like I said, I support Logos and it's software. Yes, I could have just downloaded the L4 engine with my resources. I happened to have done more than the crossgrade, I actually upgraded my library too. It seems silly that as a customer who has more resources than the platinum library (a lot more) I am complaining about $50... but that's my point. If

I'm just curious... It's been what, 2 years, since L4 was released. We have been given ETAs over and over for the Sermon File add-in and now the "Missing Features" page is gone . (Well, really replaced with a video on L4.) It seems to be that clearly this isn't a priority for Logos anymore. I mean after two years I've gotten used to not having it anyway

Basically just being able to add a note to a scripture without thinking about it. What if I just want to quickly add a note as I'm immersed in the Word... I don't care what file it goes in, I just want it there if I'm looking at that verse again. So I see how to add a note and I'm sure I'll quickly get used to it... it just seems like there should be

Thanks Graham. That's a helpful resource and answered my question. Honestly though sometimes I wish the workflow was simpler in L4. I love the power of all the features... but at the end of the day I will probably use the quickest solution to a repetitive task. Maybe I can train myself to starting to take notes in L4 more regularly.

What's the easiest way to add a note to Scripture? As I read and highlight is there a very quick and easy way to add a note to what I'm reading? I'm thinking of a workflow like in the Kindle app. Just highlight text and click "add note" start typing and the note is added and associated to what you've highlighted. The ease of doing this in Kindle is

I'm trying to get more use out of my L4 investment and so I'm producing my notes for classes in L4. So far it seems that clippings work the best... I can print the full text to a PDF or paper to use and then include my notes for teaching/discussion under each clipping. What I'd like to be able to do though is include any highlights I have in the text

Two issues/questions with this resource on Android. 1) Whenever I open the resource and go to the "today" location it just opens a blank page instead of opening today's devotional. 2) I have prioritized this resource as my devotion in L4 but it still does not show up in my devotional list in Logos on Android. What do I need to do to get this to appear

I'm worried now if it is even possible. When I click on the book info in Logos I see it is an EPUB book and the description implies that some functions of a Logos book (Utmost for His Highest is a Logos book) are not available in EPUB books. Makes me wonder if it has the structure needed to act as an actual devotion. I sure hope so!

I just bought the Unto the Hills devotional on Vyrso.com to use in Logos and in my Logos app. I expected to see it under the "Devotionals" section on the homepage since it is, after all, a devotional and even a daily devotional. What do I need to do in order to see this and use it as my daily devotional both here and in L4? (Posted here b/c I'm mostly

I agree. Attached are a couple of screenshots. There is a big gap between "normal" and "large." I think the font sizes are okay on my phone (EVO) but still feel that needs an inbetween. On my Transformer tablet though the "extra small" is basically worthless. The "normal" is okay but just as an example normal shows 22 verses from Ephesians 2 and "large
